I recently replaced two Price-Pfister faucets, one of which had rusted through (so much for 'lifetime warranty, by the way), with similar-looking Delta faucets. These turn on with almost no effort, which is somewhat unnerving. The plumber demonstrated the tool to remove the aerator to clean it on one. That faucet doesn't turn off immediately and I'm not able to get the tool to work to remove the aerator and re-install it.

Just installed and the pop up drain does not hold water in the sink. Please advise

The Delta Faucet Nicoli™ Two Handle Widespread Bathroom Faucet In Matte Black MODEL#: 35749LF-BL Pop-Up Assembly can be correctly installed by removing the head and nut, washer, black seal from the body. Apply silicone sealant to the underside of the flange. Insert body into the sink. Apply silicone grease to the inside diameter of the black seal and threads on the body and assemble. Install nut and hand tighten to the sink. Insert head into the body. Connect assembly to drain. Please allow this to set and dry without running water to ensure to tight seal.

Is there a way to adjust the stops for the handles? Three handles of mine do not stop parallel to the backsplash so it doesn't look right.

The aerator #RP101062 with the Nicoli #35749LF bath faucet shows 1.2 gpm flow rate . Our hot water tank is on the opposite side of the house from our bathroom. Are there any higher flow rate aerators available with the Nicoli faucet?

I bought this faucet two years ago and when I only turn on the right handle I hear a humming noise. Is this something inside the faucet that needs to be replaced?

Thank you for your question regarding our Delta Faucet Delta Soap Dispenser Model: RP50813SS. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We will be happy to assist you in resolving this issue as quickly as possible.
The noise you are speaking of is caused by debris, we would recommend flushing the faucet to get rid of any debris.
It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue. Please follow the following instructions to perform the flush. Please shut water supplies off before starting this process. You will need a 1/8” Allen wrench if you have lever handles, a Philips screwdriver if you have knob handles, a towel, and a bucket. Please remove your handle with the 1/8" Allen wrench if you have a lever or remove the top cap to reveal the Philips screw if you have a knob handle, then pull the handle off of the stem unit. You will now see a bonnet nut, please remove it with your wrench. Please take note of how your stem units are installed in the valve. Please lift straight up to pull the stem units out and If you look into the valve, you should see a seat and spring. Please pull these pieces out before we flush. Next place the towel behind the back of the faucet then put the bucket over the top of the towel. Have someone turn the cold water supply on for about 30 seconds to a minute. After this, shut the cold water off and move the bucket and towel to the hot side to flush that out as well. Lastly, remove the aerator and soak it with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for about 15 minutes, and make sure to rinse the aerator off with water when completed.

Does the Nicoli bathroom faucet widespread swivel?
Does the gooseneck on the wide spread Nicoli faucet swivel, or is it fixed? Also, does the Nicoli shower head swivel, or is it fixed in place?

Does this faucet come with red and blue buttons to cover the holes where the handles are fastened with an allen wrench? If not, are those available? I have two of these already and just got a third one and those holes are uncovered
