I recently replaced two Price-Pfister faucets, one of which had rusted through (so much for 'lifetime warranty, by the way), with similar-looking Delta faucets. These turn on with almost no effort, which is somewhat unnerving. The plumber demonstrated the tool to remove the aerator to clean it on one. That faucet doesn't turn off immediately and I'm not able to get the tool to work to remove the aerator and re-install it.

Does the Nicoli bathroom faucet widespread swivel?
bought this item and my cold side handle is spining in the wrong direction. I did double check the position of the Cartridge in relation to the vale seat and body and all looks good. can some assist me

For proper handle rotation, the stop on the stem should point toward the spout. See page five of the faucet manual for the stem orientation:
