Poor quality
I am so disappointment as the black finish started to chip around the base and when I contacted customer service in regards to this I was told I caused corrosion when I have never used a chemical cleaner on the center faucet. The picture on this item literally claims "CORROSION RESISTANT FROM CHIPPING AND PEELING" and this is what happened to my faucet.

Drain too long
The included drain is too long for the depth of our sink and could not be installed keeping the trap within code. Faucet itself works fine, matches our other Delta products, it does not swivel which is unfortunate for this goose neck style. Will try to find a different drain elsewhere, currently using our old black push-pop drain with the silver faucet which looks tacky.

Terrible installation instructions
I already registered a complaint, but once again, your instructions suck for installation. Illustrations of install are awful. This took me two days to figure out what the illustration was saying. No explanation of what parts were in the box. This is not the first time I have installed a faucet. If you want more women to buy your products, be more explicit!

Can't get the drain to stop leaking
I can't get this thing to stop leaking around the drain, and even down the drain, while water is standing in the bowl. It came with two gaskets, but the limited directions don't tell you what the thin gasket is for. I used silicon like instructed, but after it leaked, I took the drain apart, cleaned off the silicon, and thin applied even more. But it still leaked.

RE: 35749LF chrome bathroom faucet installion instructions for push pop-up drain: A. Remove head (1) and nut, washer, black seal (2) from body (3). There’s no further reference to the (black rubber) washer & it is not depicted in the diagram.

What is the best way to remove water stains and fingerprints from my stainless steel Nicoli faucet/handles?

We recommend cleaning your Delta Faucet Nicoli lavatory faucet with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water and wiping it down with a soft dry cloth when water splashes onto it.

What is the diameter of the base of each piece as it sits on the countertop? I want to make sure it is at least 2" diameter so it covers the holes that have already been drilled in the counter.
