Rated 1 out of 5 by from NEEDS ALOT OF IMPROVEMENT We use these faucets in our park restrooms, and they do not whole up very well. We have had problems with them leaking from bottom, we have had to replace a lot of the cartridges, and when we go to replace cartridges the chrome nut under the handle and the bonnet nut do not want to separate a lot of times. This is not a good faucet for commercial installation. They all have been installed with in the last three years

We have installed (7) of these faucets in our church over the past few years during remodeling, but out of the (7) there are only (3) of them that have not started leaking internally and down the hoses that are attached to these faucets by design. Out of the (4) that have been replaced in 2017, (2) of them have been replaced more than once. That being said I have replaced a total of (7) of them that developed these same leaking issues. Sometimes after several months, and at least one in less than one month. The good news is that the local distributor that I purchased these from keeps replacing them for us at no charge to us, but the bad news is I have to keep installing faucets.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2nd faucet in our facility to leak from inside cheap quality, was not expecting this from delta. we renovated 3 bathrooms in the plant, all using this same faucet, and this is the 2nd faucet to develop a leak from inside the faucet. it has plastic tubes coming out, that appear to be pushed up onto barbs, or maybe glued into place. Im not a fan of all of these new faucets coming out with plastic tubes versus the older style of hoses being installed to the faucet.

what size holes do I drill for the D501DST ?

What is the difference between the 500-DST and the 501-DST?

USA garden hose adapter?

Do you sell a fitting that will allow me to attach a standard US garden hose to this faucet? I can temporarily remove the aerator if necessary.

How do you tighten the handle?

I have a older model bathroom faucet and am trying to find a replacement gasket/seal where the faucet base meets the sink basin. I dont see this part listed anywhere. I think it's a 501 model but not sure. In chrome finish. Any help is appreciated, thanks

I'm trying to find a shower handle to match this faucet DST-501 style. I only need the single lever handle to replace the old crystal ball type installed in the mid 80's, and want to know if there is a replacement that will work.

If your shower is turned on by moving the knob up, then turning left and right for temperature, a 600 series shower faucet can be updated with the RP54870 renovation kit. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts/product/RP54870.html The included RP20111 conversion ball is needed to change from a knob to a lever handle.
