For models with a push pop-up, the stopper should turn 90 to unlock it and then pull straight up. I just meant that I would leave the pop-up out and use a strainer that you can take out to clean (with fine holes). I assumed you can either put the pop-up in or leave it out and use a removable strainer. Thanks.

Possible causes could be an issue with the water or foreign matter caught in the aerator or faucet. Remove the aerator and clean by soaking in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water. Run the water for a few minutes with the aerator removed to flush the faucet. If the issue remains, further flush the faucet by turning off the water supply, removing the handle and cartridge, and placing a bucket over the faucet to redirect water. Turning on the water will shoot water out of the side of the faucet and flush out any trapped debris or material. Please contact us directly if you have any additional questions!
