Great quality, easy installation
The faucet was very easy to mount. The water valve is strong and sturdy. Upon turning on the faucet, the water flow was variable based on the valve and slightly aerated with the valve fully open. The faucet is shiny and fingerprints did not appear to remain. Water spotting fid occur with the water hardness and wiped away clean. I was surprised by how much I liked the height of the faucet where a typical faucet has a shorter profile, this one had a more sleek profile and fit the esthetic of our bathroom. I now want to match all our faucets and have a similar one in the kitchen with an extendable dishwasher hose. The connectors plumbed nicely to the existing connections. I like the one hole mount to limit the perforations through the vanity. I did flood the top of the sink and had no leaking even prior to sealing with caulk. This was a pleasant surprise and I am not sure if we will bother with sealing. The vanity this was placed on was brand new and a replacement for an existing sink. I am looking forward to seeing how this ages and what our hard water does to it over the years. I did see how the right hand valve may not be perfect for every installation. One vanity I ended up replacing had a soap dispenser plumbed through what I assume was originally intended for the cold side valve. Also curious if theres a mixing valve like a bath that may have difficulty over the years with hard water.

Stunning faucet with beautiful styling
I can’t believe how incredible this faucet is. It is so solid and very heavy, you can tell it’s not made cheaply the handle has a very fluid motion and has a great feel. The chrome finish adds a crisp and clean feel to the bathroom. I’m always impressed with Delta products. They continue to improve over the years instead of decreasing in quality like everyone else.

From contractor grade to high end style!
This faucet in chrome is absolutely beautiful! We upgraded from an antiquated, boring, contractor grade faucet and the different is night and day. It instantly elevated our space and feels much more high end.
Installation was overall easy, although we needed an escutcheon plate since our counter, which I didn’t realize at first, had 3 holes. My mistake - but it was super easy to order and really completed the look. It gave us the clean, polished finish we were hoping for. I love it!

This faucet is simply gorgeous and I wanted it to work in pur powder room, and we spent 3 weekends trying and failing to install it.
1. This would be perfect in a new build, full remodel. Unfortunately we just updated our granite 2 months prior and the hardware for this sink just didn't fit well
2. The only way to make this fit correctly would be to have our granite replaced, at a cost of 1800.
3. We bought a plate and rubber fittings to try to make this work, but we had such a poor fit we stopped trying.

Q&A
Purchases three of these and plumber installed while I was out of town. If the cold supposed to be with the handle up or down position. I have a delta kitchen faucet that the cold is marked in the up position.

Model 559HA-SS-DST has a handle operation that should operate by first pulling the handle away from the spout, then pushed back or away for hot water and pulled forward for cold. By reversing the supply lines, this model can also operate the same as your kitchen faucet if you prefer; however the hot/cold indicator buttons will be incorrect.

Interested in a few bath fixtures and just read about the Touch-Clean Spray Holes on some styles. Are they available as an upgrade on any other styles (such as the Trinsic series?)
Thank you for your question, AmyB! Touch-Clean spray nozzles are used on hand showers, shower heads, pull-down/pull-out wands or body jets. This feature is seen on areas that can not be easily removed but are prone to mineral buildup. Lavatory models such as the Trinsic model 559HA-DST use a cashe aerator which is removable for cleaning instead.

Because it swivels could you install it with the lever on the left side instead of the right (as it is shown in all the photos)?

Thank you for your question. We recommend installing it with the handle on the right. The handle operates by tilting away from the faucet to turn on. The upright position provides cold water and rotating it forward provides hot. Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse the movement, so if the handle is installed on the left, it will rotate backwards.

I have a sink for three pre-drilled holes for 4" centerset faucet install, however this is a single-hole faucet. Can the deck plate / escutcheon be purchased separately? There is one supplied with many of the faucet you sell such as the Model #559LF-BL-LP

The pop-up drain that comes with this sink has a white soft foam washer on it when shipped. Is this discarded when installing or part of the assembly? The instructions say to use it, but the videos say to discard and use silicone.

I am looking at the Trinsic high-arch bathroom faucet in the champagne color only. What metal is the champagne color bathroom fixtures finish made out of? It is not brass or stainless steel. I am just concerned of it fading with daily use in bathroom.

Champagne Bronze is a Brilliance PVD finish applied to nickel-chrome plating. Brilliance finishes resist abrasions and discolorations better than traditional brass or chrome.

The TRINSIC® Bathroom Faucet MODEL#: 559HA-BL-DST has a maximum flow rate of 1.2 gpm @ 60 psi. It is a single hole installation and the spout swivels 360˚. The TRINSIC® Bathroom Faucet MODEL#: 559LF-BLMPU also has a maximum flow rate 1.2 gpm @ 60 psi. This faucet can be used as a 1 or 3-hole 4" installation and includes the optional escutcheon.

How to remove cartridge

To remove the cartridge on this Delta Faucet model 559HA-DST Trinsic® Single-Handle High-Arc Bathroom Faucet In Chrome, first, you will want to turn the water off at the shut-off valves under the sink. Next, remove the handle set screw with a 1/8" Allen Wrench. After removing the handle you will unthread the cap, remove the o-ring under it and unthread the bonnet nut holding the cartridge in the valve. You can now remove the old cartridge and install the new one. Simply reinstall the parts in reverse order and turn the water back on at the shut-off valves. Please see the following parts diagram for more information.

Just installed this product. There is a crackling noise coming from the faucet when hot water is running. What is causing this. Also how do I remove the handle?

This faucet uses a push-on handle. It is attached with friction, pull it straight off to remove it. The issue is likely caused by water debris trapped in the faucet. Running the faucet with the aerator removed can help flush out trapped debris.
The faucet can also be flushed by turning off the water supplies, removing the cartridge under the handle, using a bucket and towel to redirect water into the sink, and turning on the water supplies. This will shoot water out of the side of the faucet and clear any trapped debris.
If the issue remains, the cartridge may need to be replaced.

What under mount sink do you recommend? How close to the wall can these faucets sit? We get a ton of water leaking from the base!

We do not recommend under mount sinks. The Clearance to Back Splash Recommended is Min. 2" (51 mm).

Is it possible to purchase the Aerators in bulk without the extra parts? I have four of the 559HA-SS-DST faucets installed in our new home they don't really aerate the water with the original aerators, but I don't need all the extra parts and tools.
