Not a single thing design wise I would change. The time to switch from cold to hot is almost instant. I would definitely recommend this.

The faucet not only looks very modern and elegant, but the solid and heavy pieces mean that this is one durable and strong faucet that will stand up to frequent use. Overall it is very appealing and the I love the simple design. It works really well and the pressure is perfect.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sleek & Simple Let me start off with saying the install was easy. Didn’t take us long to install this faucet. The water lines are very long though, which thinking is unnecessary but it’s a simple connection. The black is hard to keep clean from water spots but very modern and goes perfectly with our modern remodeling. The handle moves easily up and down plus installing the drain was very simple. The water pressure and non splashing of water, makes a nice smooth stream. I do need to mention the quality. This is a nice sturdy and heavy faucet, you can tell that upon opening of the box and throughout use. I’ll definitely be buying a second one for our guest bath.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Perfect Update to our Bathroom Who would've thought a faucet could make such an impact? I used to have a gold faucet with the acrylic handle in our powder room. It was so outdated. The rest of the hardware in the house has been switched out to bronze over the past year. Changing out the gold faucet to this black faucet makes the whole bathroom look different. It feels up to date. The actual changing of the faucet went pretty smooth. Getting the old faucet out was the hardest part. There are step by step directions in the box with the faucet that were easy to follow. If I had known that switching out a faucet would make this big of a difference I would have done it so much sooner.

But with that being said I will say that even if I hadn't I believe that I would have no problem assembly it's structions are quite simple and easy to follow didn't take long to put together at all and it's beautiful great addition to the bathroom.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Check your Colors Bought the Champagne Bronze per instructions from our interior designer. Hoped it would work with other satin bronze/brass/gold finishes. We had to replace all the Delta pieces in the end, the 'champagne' color was just weird. No way to match it to any other hardware from any other vendor. Super bummed - had to eat the cost of these fixtures and delayed the whole project quite a bit. Wish Delta's colors were more universal because the fixture design is pretty. I will say the stopper thing is odd, too. The stick you pull to close the drain is kinked so it's hard to get a tight seal on the drain.

This was installed in brand new bathroom, new pipes, etc. You turn it it on 1/2 or full blast, it doesn't matter, you just hear rushing water echoing from the sink booming into the walls. Awful.

I do still love the look of it, and it functions great, however the finish shows every little water droplet. It looks water stained constantly, and while I haven't looked into what I can do to prevent this yet besides just wiping it down every 5 seconds, I would definitely not select this again.

Hooking up a portable washer?

I'd like to connect a portable washing machine to this faucet. Is there an aerator adaptor to go from the Trinsic faucet to a standard kitchen faucet size?

How do I remove the stopper?

2 issues: 1.) the stopper does not seem to be working properly. The water drains ever so slightly when the stopper is engaged. 2.) how do I remove the stopper in order to clear a potential clog in the plumbing? Thanks for your help!

Dear GB, Thank you for your question. The pop-up drain assemblies are not designed to hold water for long periods of time. If the water is leaking out of the sink bowl right away, then the water may actually be leaking around the flange and running down the drain. If you push down on the stopper with water in the sink bowl and the water still leaks out of the bowl, then the flange is not sealed properly. I would suggest removing the flange from the sink bowl and applying a large bead of clear silicon to the bottom side of the flange to properly seal the flange with your sink bowl before you reinstall it. If a stopper does not lift straight out, it is being held in by the horizontal rod. Behind the drain pipe under the sink is a horizontal rod connected to the lift rod via the strap. The horizontal rod is held in place by a nut. Remove the nut and pull the horizontal rod straight away from the pipe about an inch. The stopper should now come free of the drain. Best regards, Tanya
