Pop up drain leaks
I have spent 2 hours trying to stop pop-up drain from leaking. I have siliconed the drain, lowered into sink, placed rubber gasket on, and tightened the collar wing nut as tight as possible twice now. The drain still leaks. This is an awful design!

Simple and efficient
I bought two of these in different finishes for our two bathroom makeovers. We love the fact that they are one hole design. Gives more vanity countertop workspace and very easy to keep clean. I was worried about the California compliance aspect of them. I thought they might not have decent water pressure. The pressure is fine as they restrict flow by using a fairly narrow connection hose rather than a diffuser screen. So far so good.

Purchased all accessories in this line. Liked all of them except towel holder which has a skinny pole. This faucet has nice design and makes for easy cleaning. I put in 2 bathrooms and wish I had also put in master.

I do not like this stainless finish. It looks awful all the time. I have a whole house water filter and water softener. Where is your brushed nickel finish? Wish I had a choice.

Great finish and super easy to install. I didn’t like that the drain plunger is mostly flimsy plastic nor that the main nut that squeezes the gasket into the bottom of the sink is plastic as well. The drain is metal pipe so why not a comforting metal nut vs a how tight before it busts plastic nut? It all works perfectly, yet a little extra security from more durable parts would have been better.

Bad finish - drain pull stiff
I have these throughout my brand new home along with other Brilliance Stainless Steel finishes. I've cleaned them with the 50% vinegar which does nothing and then a stainless steel cleaner which also didn't get the spots off. I have a whole home water filter AND water softener. Extremely dissatisfied with this finish.

Problems Were Noticed Soon After installation
If this faucet had worked properly when I installed it I would I given it a 5 star rating. I have taken advantage of the lifetime warranty and installed a new valve cartridge. It now works very well. When I first got this faucet it tended to drip and as time went by the drip got much worse until I had to locate the handle at a certain location to stop the drip.
It works great now!
Installation of the new cartridge took about 1 hour. It would have taken 30 minutes if the directions had been readable. The printing is so small that one needs a magnifying glass to read it.

The faucet works perfectly, finish -not good.
Bathroom remodel and faucet works great, but the finish - SS - spots. There are spotless SS, but this one is not spotless. We have a Delta shower head that looks terrible as well. We purchased Delta because of quality. They missed the mark on this finish.

Beautiful......BUT
I purchased this faucet in the bronze and it looks beautiful in our bathroom. However, often we find a trickle of water that keeps running, as if the handle is not tightly turned off in the center it continues to run. All 5 of our other faucets in our home are single handle and we never have had this problem. It’s been in our bathroom less than 2 yrs.

Everyone compliments this faucet!
Two years ago I updated my guest bathroom, and the faucet that came with the clear glass sink not only gave it a modern look and feel (which is wasn’t exactly into), but it started leaking about a year into use. I’ve had my eye out for something that would hold up better to the frequent use in that bathroom, but compliment the clear glass at the same time. This faucet does the trick! It’s nice and heavy, the finish is beautiful, it doesn’t smudge or get fingerprints all over it, and it’s very easy to clean! I have no doubt it will stand the test of time for our household! The photos don’t do the finish justice! It’s gorgeous! And I think it would work very well with multiple design styles.

My Ashlyn faucet is about16 months old and it is leaking from the handle. I’ve read to lift straight up to remove it but I’m unable to get it off. Would you please provide more detailed instructions. Thank you.

CAN YOU TAKE OFF AERATOR TO CLEAN

Does the lever have a small turn radius?
We recently received this faucet and noticed the lever has a very small turn radius. It seems it would be very difficult to control the temperature with such a small radius. Is this by design and is the lever sensitive to small adjustments?

Is the 564-MPU-DST stainless valve purchased from Home Depot or any other box store, the same as a valve with the same part number purchased from a specialty plumbing store? I have been told that the quality of the valve is different. Maybe just the cost.

Delta retail dealers usually sell faucets that include the handles in the boxes. Plumbing professionals and Delta Studio Showrooms sell faucets where the faucets and handles are packaged and sold separately ("LHP" models), giving the customer some additional styling choices. However, the quality of all Delta faucets is the same.

What is the flow rate? I've seen it listed as 1.5 gpm and 1.2 gpm. Is there a removable flow restrictor?

There is an issue concerning the Ashlynn single handle faucet drain stop lever position so much at stake to have this issue confronted soon. I reall
I really had my mind made up and wish could still buy the Ashlynn single handle lav faucet Told by marble installer specialist that the pull out angle type of drain stop lever will not have enough space from tile of back wall. We will have 20 inch deep vanity counter and undermount sink and 13/16 thick marble splash. What to do. He said many people have same issues. Only can use top drain stop handle or pull handle that goes straight up. ASAP. Ths

Thank you for your question. The faucet requires a 1 1/4" minimum clearance to the backsplash. It may help to use a flexible lift rod such as the RP75526 in your installation.

Does the Ashlyn line have an "all brass body" or does it have plastic or nylon components? If so which of your products have an all brass body?

The Delta Ashlyn Lavatory 564-MPU-DST faucet uses either metal and plastic combination or a proprietary mixture of components so that the product has a high quality, while maintaining safety control with the various temperatures of water that go through the product. For safety reason we do not manufacture an "All Brass" faucet.

The black version of this faucet came with our new home three years ago. Unfortunately, it leaks and the black has chipped off on the edge at the bottom. Is this normal or expected wear and tear for this time frame?
