We have dark cabinets with light counter tops and the faucet contrasts very well with that color scheme. In addition, the instructions were relatively straightforward to follow. This was my first time to install a faucet, and candidly, I am not the handiest person out there. In total, it took me about 30-45 minutes. Very pleased.

It looks beautiful with cream or even maybe a warm red paint on the walls. I have a cute little plant or you can use flowers for in the corner of the sink for decoration so the faucet could stand out more. The faucet is not too heavy at all. You will have to read the directions in order to put it together. It takes about 30 minutes to put together and install. I highly recommend this product. Tools are required.

The handle is amazing and very easy to use and turn on, and I love the waterfall effect when the water comes out. It also comes with the drainer stopper which is a huge plus because I didn't have one and this one makes my sink look so much better! Very beautiful high quality product!

The Ashlyn Single Hole Single-Handle Bathroom Faucet with Metal Drain Assembly in Venetian Bronze was perfect. We didn't have any problems fitting the new faucet. It is nice to have just one lever to adjust the temperature of the water. The finish on the faucet looks great. Loving the matted look. Our bathroom looks updated with just a few touch ups of paint and updated bronze fixtures. Definitely recommend this faucet.

Says it has a pop up drain assembly but mind didn't come with the pop up, not sure why, was very surprised that it didn't.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Disappointed with the finish We bought two Delta Ashlyn shower sets, a tub set, and 2 faucets for our bathroom remodels. Love the style, operation, modern look. And we know Delta is a great brand. But, I am disappointed in how it spots after using. All of these items really seem to hold onto water spots -- they are removed with a microfiber cloth but I really didn't intend to have to do this after every use. I've had other high-end brands of shower systems (Jado, Moen, Kohler) and have not had this problem. We do not have especially hard water either. Is this something that will improve over time?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Drain is not a pop up as stated! The faucet came with a standard Rear rod lift for the drain and it comes way to close to my back splash to operate properly. Now I must buy a true pop up and have it installed if I keep the faucet which is quite nice and works well. Any suggestions

My Ashlyn faucet is about16 months old and it is leaking from the handle.  I’ve read to lift straight up to remove it but I’m unable to get it off. Would you please provide more detailed instructions. Thank you.

CAN YOU TAKE OFF AERATOR TO CLEAN

Does the lever have a small turn radius?

We recently received this faucet and noticed the lever has a very small turn radius. It seems it would be very difficult to control the temperature with such a small radius. Is this by design and is the lever sensitive to small adjustments?

Is the 564-MPU-DST stainless valve purchased from Home Depot or any other box store, the same as a valve with the same part number purchased from a specialty plumbing store? I have been told that the quality of the valve is different. Maybe just the cost.

All Delta faucets feature the same quality parts, materials, and workmanship, no matter what kind of dealer sells them. Delta retail dealers usually sell faucets that include the handles in the boxes. Plumbing professionals and Delta Studio Showrooms sell faucets where the faucets and handles are packaged and sold separately ("LHP" models), giving the customer some additional styling choices. What is the flow rate? I've seen it listed as 1.5 gpm and 1.2 gpm. Is there a removable flow restrictor?

There is an issue concerning the Ashlynn single handle faucet drain stop lever position so much at stake to have this issue confronted soon. I reall

I really had my mind made up and wish could still buy the Ashlynn single handle lav faucet Told by marble installer specialist that the pull out angle type of drain stop lever will not have enough space from tile of back wall. We will have 20 inch deep vanity counter and undermount sink and 13/16 thick marble splash. What to do. He said many people have same issues. Only can use top drain stop handle or pull handle that goes straight up. ASAP. Ths

Hi Honorine, Thank you for your question. The faucet requires a 1 1/4" minimum clearance to the backsplash. Does the Ashlyn line have an "all brass body" or does it have plastic or nylon components? If so which of your products have an all brass body?

The Delta Ashlyn Lavatory 564-MPU-DST faucet uses either metal and plastic combination or a proprietary mixture of components so that the product has a high quality, while maintaining safety control with the various temperatures of water that go through the product. For safety reason we do not manufacture an "All Brass" faucet. The black version of this faucet came with our new home three years ago. Unfortunately, it leaks and the black has chipped off on the edge at the bottom. Is this normal or expected wear and tear for this time frame?
