Beautiful Faucet
I bought a new faucet with great trepidation. Most things are pretty junky these days, but I knew as soon as it arrived I had chosen well. It's heavy, sturdy, and feels like a quality piece of equipment. The finish was beautiful. Even the packing material was sturdy. It was just installed today so I haven't had a chance to use it. I hope it will perform as well as it looks.

Where can I find the Ashlyn Single Handle faucet? I have searched every online retailer.
Hi Wiscplayer, Thank you for your question. The Ashlyn model 564-MPU-DST single handle faucet became available to order on 9/12/2014. You should be able to order this faucet from your local retailer or wholesaler that sells Delta products.

Does the lever have a small turn radius?
We recently received this faucet and noticed the lever has a very small turn radius. It seems it would be very difficult to control the temperature with such a small radius. Is this by design and is the lever sensitive to small adjustments?

Is the 564-MPU-DST stainless valve purchased from Home Depot or any other box store, the same as a valve with the same part number purchased from a specialty plumbing store? I have been told that the quality of the valve is different. Maybe just the cost.

Delta retail dealers usually sell faucets that include the handles in the boxes. Plumbing professionals and Delta Studio Showrooms sell faucets where the faucets and handles are packaged and sold separately ("LHP" models), giving the customer some additional styling choices. However, the quality of all Delta faucets is the same.

I really had my mind made up and wish could still buy the Ashlynn single handle lav faucet Told by marble installer specialist that the pull out angle type of drain stop lever will not have enough space from tile of back wall. We will have 20 inch deep vanity counter and undermount sink and 13/16 thick marble splash. What to do. He said many people have same issues. Only can use top drain stop handle or pull handle that goes straight up. ASAP. Ths

Thank you for your question. The faucet requires a 1 1/4" minimum clearance to the backsplash. It may help to use a flexible lift rod such as the RP75526 in your installation.

The Delta Ashlyn Lavatory 564-MPU-DST faucet uses either metal and plastic combination or a proprietary mixture of components so that the product has a high quality, while maintaining safety control with the various temperatures of water that go through the product. We have two of these faucets installed. One works great. With the other one, it is extremely hard to turn off the water. Is this adjustable?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 564-SSMPU-DST.
Through normal use, and depending on the water conditions in your area, the cartridge may need to be replaced. It is also possible that there is sediment or debris in your faucet.
If your faucet is difficult to turn off or drips from the spout when off, I first recommend removing the faucet aerator and running the water for a minute to flush out any trapped debris or sediment.
If the issue remains, the RP101762 or RP50587 cartridge may need to be replaced, depending on when the faucet was made. See the parts diagram for more information:

In the first photo of the Ashlyn single-handle faucet, it does not show the blue/red dot at the base of the handle. Is there a brushed nickel dot that can go in that spot or is the photo just edited to eliminate that dot?

We had our house built in 2018 and had 2 Delta Ashlyn single handle faucets installed in our bath in brushed nickel. We are having slight leaks in both faucets if not shut off just right. Do we need to change the washers/gaskets to prevent the leaks??

If your model 564-CZMPU-DST was installed before 05/2022 it will use the RP54977 aerator. If installed after that date it will use the RP101643 aerator.

I recently installed a new delta 564 ssmpu dst faucet. The hot water line has a secondary circulation line and I would like to know if this is necessary and what is its purpose.

The Delta 564-SSMPU-DST faucet has a tube that runs through the spout once the water mixes from the hot and cold water lines. That is the purpose of the other tubes on the faucet.

I have recently purchased and had installed the Ashlyn bathroom faucet 564 MPU DST. It leaks from the handle. I cannot remove the handle using the provided instructions. I see this was asked in the past but no public response. I appreciate any help.
