Pop up drain leaks
I have spent 2 hours trying to stop pop-up drain from leaking. I have siliconed the drain, lowered into sink, placed rubber gasket on, and tightened the collar wing nut as tight as possible twice now. The drain still leaks. This is an awful design!

Simple and efficient
I bought two of these in different finishes for our two bathroom makeovers. We love the fact that they are one hole design. Gives more vanity countertop workspace and very easy to keep clean. I was worried about the California compliance aspect of them. I thought they might not have decent water pressure. The pressure is fine as they restrict flow by using a fairly narrow connection hose rather than a diffuser screen. So far so good.

Great finish and super easy to install. I didn’t like that the drain plunger is mostly flimsy plastic nor that the main nut that squeezes the gasket into the bottom of the sink is plastic as well. The drain is metal pipe so why not a comforting metal nut vs a how tight before it busts plastic nut? It all works perfectly, yet a little extra security from more durable parts would have been better.

Bad finish - drain pull stiff
I have these throughout my brand new home along with other Brilliance Stainless Steel finishes. I've cleaned them with the 50% vinegar which does nothing and then a stainless steel cleaner which also didn't get the spots off. I have a whole home water filter AND water softener. Extremely dissatisfied with this finish.

Problems Were Noticed Soon After installation
If this faucet had worked properly when I installed it I would I given it a 5 star rating. I have taken advantage of the lifetime warranty and installed a new valve cartridge. It now works very well. When I first got this faucet it tended to drip and as time went by the drip got much worse until I had to locate the handle at a certain location to stop the drip.
It works great now!
Installation of the new cartridge took about 1 hour. It would have taken 30 minutes if the directions had been readable. The printing is so small that one needs a magnifying glass to read it.

The faucet works perfectly, finish -not good.
Bathroom remodel and faucet works great, but the finish - SS - spots. There are spotless SS, but this one is not spotless. We have a Delta shower head that looks terrible as well. We purchased Delta because of quality. They missed the mark on this finish.

Beautiful......BUT
I purchased this faucet in the bronze and it looks beautiful in our bathroom. However, often we find a trickle of water that keeps running, as if the handle is not tightly turned off in the center it continues to run. All 5 of our other faucets in our home are single handle and we never have had this problem. It’s been in our bathroom less than 2 yrs.

Everyone compliments this faucet!
Two years ago I updated my guest bathroom, and the faucet that came with the clear glass sink not only gave it a modern look and feel (which is wasn’t exactly into), but it started leaking about a year into use. I’ve had my eye out for something that would hold up better to the frequent use in that bathroom, but compliment the clear glass at the same time. This faucet does the trick! It’s nice and heavy, the finish is beautiful, it doesn’t smudge or get fingerprints all over it, and it’s very easy to clean! I have no doubt it will stand the test of time for our household! The photos don’t do the finish justice! It’s gorgeous! And I think it would work very well with multiple design styles.

Have already Ashlyn taps for the sinks and was going to use same for the Roman filler - reno has gone a different direction and I would like to use a freestanding tub filler...is there an Ashlyn version or what is the closest handle and spout to match?

How long is the spout from the faucet to the edge?
I need to know how long the spout is so I can determine how far the spout sits over the sink.

I have seen 2 different spec sheets for this faucet. Each has a different measurement for the distance needed from the back of the faucet to the backsplash. Can you please clarify?

Any difference in quality/construction based on the retailer?
Hi, is there any difference in this faucet purchased from a big box store like Lowe's as compared to a plumbing supply store like Ferguson? My plumber told me that the ones at Lowe's use cheaper materials, and the much lower price at Lowe's than even the cheapest online plumbing supply store supports this, but they appear to have the exact same model number and specs. Also, does it carry the same warranty from Delta regardless of where it was purchased?

The Hit water flow is weak and not very hot . Could you tell me if there is an adjustment I do not see?
Hi, PJW5!
Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues with your Delta faucet. There is an adjustment to be able to make your faucet give hotter water. To do this, remove your handle and you will find the stem of the cartridge assembly. There is a switch on the cartridge located above the stem. Switch this to the left side. This will allow the hottest water. This will not adjust the flow for your hot water, however. For low flow at your hot side, we recommend to flush the supply lines for the flow issue. Over time, common water debris will settle in the house supply lines. Anytime the water is shut off to a portion of the home, this debris can become dislodged and will move through the pipes to be caught by a faucet. Local construction or the changing of the seasons can also cause this. Flushing the supply lines through the unit should remedy this situation.
To flush the unit, we recommend the following:
Start with the easy stuff:
Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed.
If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is.
Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow.
If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet.
Next, check the supply lines for debris:
Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.
Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.
Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket.
Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.
Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the cold supply line, through the faucet cartridge and back down the hot water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. After flushing, reconnect the hot water line and repeat this process with the cold-water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies.

It there an option to get rid of the red/blue temperature dot?
Wondering if that can pop out and have something else in that spot or if it leaves an exposed screw?
I think the colored dot makes it look a bit cheap, and most people know how to find hot and cold.
