Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing Faucet Performance I bought this faucet a year ago for a bathroom remodel. The flow from the beginning was not good. A year later it is worse. Like other commenters, I attempted to remove the restrictor only to find it will not drop out. Tried vinegar to dissovle any sediment that might exist, but that did not work either. Like another commentor going to go with Hansgroe I have in my other bath. Never a problem in 5 years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not suitable for hard water locations The townhome we moved into in St. Petersburg, FL has hard water. It felt softer than the water we had in Overland Park, KS, so we decided not to join our neighbors who installed water softeners. Less than three years later, the flow of water coming out of the faucet became much less. I tried removing the aerators, but quickly discovered that their rectangular shape impeded their removal. I could use a tiny screwdriver to loosen the aerator and move it down from the main body of the faucet, but I couldn't figure out a way to remove it safely. Plumbers refused to remove the aerators for fear of destroying them. In short, this faucet shouldn't be installed in hard water locations. If you do, you'll probably need to replace the faucet after a couple of years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would not recommend Agree with all other reviews. This is a terrible design, no way to remove rectangular plastic aerator cover. Have used needle nose pliers, lock pick tools, tweezers, the list goes on. Have soaked the faucet head NUMEROUS times in vinegar, overnight, for days actually, doesn't come off. We underwent a bathroom remodel, choose the Delta square shower head, no issues with it but this faucet is a LIVING NIGHTMARE. We have NEVER experienced decent water flow, now the hot water is barely coming out, have turned off hot water, tried to push sediment through cold hose, nightmare. Didn't work. As a bonus our neatly 700.00 faucet didn't come with any removal tool. Have read other reviews of Delta faucet, same design, single handle.... indication by all is the tool doesn't work. Believe we are going to have to bite the bullet and buy another brand, round with an aerator which can be removed and cleaned! Maybe the idea here is customer can't get the aerator out to clean,....(btw no You Tube videos on this model showing removal, nothing....) customer has to replace faucet after 4 years of terrible water flow and headaches trying to fix an issue which should take 3 mommies, cleaning time included. If I could give zero status I would. Beautiful remodel, only mistake was Delta single Bamford faucet on a beautiful Native sink. Do not buy this, you can do so much better for less.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Flow This faucet has serious flow issues. It is almost impossible to pull the aerator. Also, Delta warranty only applies to person who purchased the faucet. Way to stand by your products Delta.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Rethinking it Have the black matte in our master bath. One faucet the paint is coming off. Both have very low pressure after 2-3 year use.
Date published: 2025-07-04
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible design, no aerator, do not buy! Terrible design. No aerator and stream splitter should be called a stream spitter. It splatters everywhere and stream splits erratically. Makes a mess around sink, even splatters mirror and your shirt. I also bought 2 of the spread handle version … same terrible operation. Beautiful visually, terrible functionally.
Date published: 2024-12-06
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy This is a plastic piece of junk. I wanted to take the flow restrictor out. There is none. That's when I found out is is all plastic internals. I bought Hansgrohe for my other bathroom. The quality is far superior. Just replaced this with HG. Awful.

Is the faucet mounted only to the sink (not through the deck) in the pictures?

The pictures show this faucet mounted to a high sink, which including the deck would be much more than 2 1/4" thick. Does that mean that the faucet is mounted only to the top deck of the SINK and not through the counter deck itself?
Asked by: Marty
Hi, Marty! Thank you for your question. The faucet has a maximum deck thickness of 2 1/4". The faucet in the photographs seems to be mounted to just the sink. Best Regards, Rosanna

Is there any "wiggle room" with the 2-1/4" deck thickness? The sink I want to purchase has a thickness of 2.56"

Asked by: Kathy
Hi Kathy, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, any deck thicker than 2-1/4" will prevent the mounting hardware from attaching properly. Best Regards, Courtney

How do we remove the aerator in the 567LF bathroom sink faucet????

Asked by: Deb and Karl
Hello Deb and Karl, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta Faucet Model 567LF-MPU faucet. I am happy to help Unfortunately, we do not manufacture a key/tool for removing the aerator of the Delta Ara Lavatory 567LF-MPU faucet. The aerator is not designed to be removed from the spout as any debris large enough to get caught will be trapped by the flow restrictor first. The flow restrictor is inside the valve below the cartridge and can be removed with a pair of needle-nose pliers. The How-To video linked below will show you how to remove the cartridge. https://www.deltafaucet.com/video-gallery/video-page-1?videoId=wWM-HK3si5k The bottom of the aerator can be cleaned by soaking it using a cloth saturated with a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution. How do I remove the aerator so it can be cleaned/replaced?

Aerator removal key could not be found.
Asked by: Homeowner
Hi Homeowner, Thank you for your question. The aerator can be cleaned from the outside with a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution, but it is not recommended to remove it. Debris is more likely to get caught in the flow restrictor, which is located under the cartridge. Below is a link to our How-To Video for flushing the faucet. This will show you how to remove the cartridge. Once the cartridge is out, use a pair of needle-nose pliers to remove the restrictor and then flush the faucet. https://www.deltafaucet.com/cms/render/live/en/sites/delta/home/video-gallery/video-page.html?videoId=wWM-HK3si5k Best regards, Jon

Is the pop up lever on the back of the ARA at an angle or straight up & down? I bought the Dryden single handle lav faucet & the pop up lever is at an angle and they are unable to install it because the pop up can't be pulled up due to granite thickness

Asked by: Carol
Thank you for your question, Carol! The lift rod is straight and moves straight up and down on the back of the spout. We recommend having 2 1/2" clearance to the back splash and the maximum deck thickness is 2 1/4" per the Technical Specifications. https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-L-567LF-MPU%20Rev%20F.pdf Best regards, Jon

We just did a bathroom remodel and had 2 576LF Faucets installed. The water coming from them is not smooth. It comes out in different streams each time. Is their a way to fix this problem?

Asked by: Dennis
Hi Dennis, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 567LF-MPU. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! The issue is likely caused by water debris trapped in the faucet. Anytime the water is shut off to a portion of the home, this debris can become dislodged and will move through the pipes to be caught by a faucet. For models produced after 7/31/2022, I first recommend cleaning the flow regulator and screen located in the hose connection below the sink. If the issue remains, debris may be trapped in the stream straightener or aerator. The RP90059 is held in place with friction but is not designed to be easily removed. A hooked tool can be used to slowly work it out of the spout. Please contact us directly if additional assistance is needed or if you have any additional questions! Can you send instructions on how to remove and replace the aerator on my 567LF-MPU faucet? Thank you, John.

Asked by: John
Hello! Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Before you remove the aerator on either of the 567LF-MPU models, you may need a replacement aerator. To remove them grab a smaller set of needle nose pliers and pull the aerator out straight down, while being careful. These models have a flow restrictor located under the cartridge, however. Please note that any damages done will result in a void of the warranty. We appreciate your inquiry. Please reach out directly if you have further questions! how do I remove the aerator from a 567LF-BLLPU installed in 2024?

Asked by: Linda
Hi Valued Customer, Thank you for your question. The RP75408 stream Straightener applies to units manufactured before 10/24/2016 and could be removed using the included J-shaped tool after removing the set screw. Current models use the RP90059 stream straightener which is not intended for removal, but can be cleaned by soaking it using a cloth saturated with a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution. Debris will typically get caught in the Flow restrictor first so this part rarely needs removed. Please feel free to contact us directly if you need further assistance finding the correct part.
