We recommend either the 72172-SS (without overflow holes) or 72173-SS (with overflow holes). Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your Delta Faucet Ara® Single Handle Bathroom Faucet In Matte Black MODEL#: 567LF-BLLPU. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. We do recommend flushing the valve; It will allow the removal of debris in the lines. Here are the steps for flushing your faucet. Please shut water supplies off before starting this process. You will need Phillip's screwdriver and start by popping the cap off the front of the handle. Then you would remove your handle with the screwdriver. Please pull the handle off of the cartridge, you will then find the cap and bonnet nut. Both the cap and bonnet nut would be unthreaded from the faucet. The next part you should see is the cartridge, please grab and pull it out. Then, using needle nose pillars, grab the brass insert and pull it out. Under the insert is the flow restrictor and this is where the blockage would be located. Next, place a bowel over the open valve, and wrap a towel around the faucet. Turn the hot and cold water on to flush the faucet, for about 1-2 minutes. Once the faucet has been flushed and the restrictor has been cleaned, follow the directions in reverse for reinstall. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. Hello Renee! Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. We apologize for this information not being readily available to you. We do not recommend removing the flow restrictor as it will void the warranty of the Delta Faucet Ara® Single Handle Bathroom Faucet In Chrome MODEL#: 567LF-LPU. We recommend flushing the valves of the faucet. To do so, please follow the instructions below: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is.  Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow.   If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.  Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.  Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket.  Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the cold supply line, through the faucet cartridge and back down the hot water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. After flushing, reconnect the hot water line and repeat this process with the cold-water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies.
