Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible water flow... from here to eternity! We have five of these faucets in our home. The flow rate of rate is terrible. I look forward to replacing these faucets. We have endured this for over 7 years. The plumber agreed that the poor design is the reason for the slow water flow and that nothing can be done to fix it. It takes a ridicules amount of time to rinse a washcloth.

Tailpiece is metal (not common) and has pop-up style drain. Faucet is very light compared to similar Hansgrohe faucets.

I also purchased the matching towel ring and toilet paper holder and they are a great compliment to the faucet. The coloring of the faucet and accessories is exactly as pictured.

Is the handle plastic or metal? And is there any difference in the faucet if it is purchased online or through a high end plumbing store?

I live in Japan and use your faucet, but I am unsure how to clean it. Despite soft water, water spots remain and sometimes cannot be removed with detergent. Could you advise recommended cleaners and daily care to keep it in good condition?

My Delta Faucet Zura 574 DST Single Hole Bathroom Faucet has loosened up and is now easy to move side to side. How do I tighten it back up to our counter top so it doesn't move?

Hi Paul, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 574-CSMPU-DST. The mounting bracket under the sink is tightened with a hex nut. Adding a second nut can help if the faucet loosens over time. A piece of sandpaper or plumber's paper can be placed between the bracket and the cabinet if the surface is smooth and allows the faucet to slip. Does the 574-MPU-DST Faucet have an airiator we have a problem with low water pressure on these faucets
