Just wish Furguson followed up with the leaky bathtub, seems they're into the cardboard as we've not heard back with anyone, only computer evaluation!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks great - functions so-so I order this towel ring along with other Delta Trinsic bath accessories. Since the "ring" does not move, it is difficult to hang the towel on the ring. If you don't use your towel several times a day, it is fine.

Can the Trinsic towel ring #759460 be reversed? I bought two, one for each side of the vanity, but the openings will be facing opposite directions. Is there a way to change the direction of the opening of the towel ring?

We have the quick mount which works fine. However, the towel ring inserts into the mount and then turns to "lock" into position and hold a towel. However, with ours, it falls out every time a towel is used. Is this defective? There is no set screw.

Hello- The arm of our newly installed 759460 came out. I can slide it back in but can't secure it. There is what looks to be a pin-hole in the arm to secure but no pin and I don't see how it would secure to the mounted part of the holder. Broken? TY

The bar on top keeps sliding out of base and dropping every time the towel is used. We just purchased 4 months ago. Did we receive a defective product.

Is there a way to change the direction of the opening? I have a double vanity and would prefer the hooks to open the same direction once installed or is there another hand towel hook model that I need to order that opens to the right?

Installed Trinsic towel ring following instructions carefully. After snapping in the ring, it is not completely secure to the wall and moves somewhat. What can be done/checked to make it tighter? The bracket is tight and flat against the wall. thx
