Defective design
We bought 3. One has a proper design that works and is installed securely. There’s a screw hole on the wall-mounted base piece where a screw goes through another hole in the hook piece to secure the pieces together. And on the other two we bought, these holes miss each other by at least 1/3 inch. So the hooks fall out of both. We’ve just taken them off now. These are heavy, and could definitely crack the tile floor if we’re not lucky (so far we have been lucky). Stay away from these. Too many reviews saying the same thing about the hook falling out, which all probably point to the same defective design.

Replacement
Seems fine. I bought this to replace the same exact product that I installed for a customer in a new house 1 year ago. The old one fell apart, the hook had come loose from the base piece.

Hook falls out
Over the past four years my wife and I have purchased six of the towel hooks. Three of them have hooks which easily fall out of the decorative wall piece. This isn't a mounting issue. The mount plate is secure and the decorative piece which attaches to the mount plate is also secure. It's the hook itself which easily slips out of the wall piece. Complete junk.

Looks cool until it breaks
Contractor installed this on a bathroom remodel, 6 months in the ring broke of so graciously the contractor replaced it and guess what...it happened again. It's a faulty design. Save your money and buy something else.

Very loose machining tolerances
Installed 3 so far, and all have an unusual amount of looseness at the hinge. Stopped in to see a past customer today and noticed one had broken. The ring comes out very easily and had previously had a very loud squeak.
I have three more to install in another home and will update this review and rating as time goes on.

Frustrating
I put five of these in three bathrooms in a remodel. Two of the five are broken, the towel holder arm falls out of the holder. I’m really worried it’s going to break something when it falls. You can’t put the arm back in the holder once it’s fallen out.

Me bad for choosing
Picked out trinsic for all our new bathrooms. Purchased only one of these. First mistake was us not realizing ring is stationary not swivel. Couple mos installed, and ring has broken and continues to fall off; to the point that the end has black powder coating chipped off. This has been previously reported by others. Delta will replace but not sure I want another one.

Broke after two weeks
The two part toilet holder was perfect. Until a few weeks later the bar to hold the toilet paper fell off. Put in back into place, but, it will not stay attached.

Beautiful but has design flaw
I love the look and simplicity of the Trinsic line, however the towel ring has a very poor design flaw. The hook part does not move. It’s held in by a screw that comes lose and then when someone goes to dry their hands and pulls even slightly on the towel, the ring falls off. It has almost damaged our brand new sink at least a half dozen times. I will be replacing with another line. Delta should make is so the hook/ring part swivels with use.

A great design, but...
... maybe this is pilot error, but we installed several of these. You would think the top of the TP holder would rotate to permit easy use with extra wide rolls, but this isn't the case: 1 rotated freely, 1 rotated somewhat, and the others are frozen.
This item looks great and would be the ultimate TP holder except for the "frozen" interface.

Broke
The handle broke loose in about a year. Fell off and nearly cracked the new tile. There is no way to fix it and now forced to buy another so that it matches the also broken towel bar.

looks great but the fixed c shape broke within a month
I'm so disappointed that the quality of these handles is not better. We redid 3 bathrooms using Trinsic and one of the towel bars is already broken. There isn't a way to repair it other than maybe sliding in the c shape with super glue? Anyone had luck with this working?

We love the holder, but now the part that holds the towel is no longer secure with the mount..it appears that the Allen screw has loosen and simply needs to re-tighten.
How do I remove the part attached to the wall so I can correct this issue

Clean, Modern Towel Ring
My wife and I loved the simple clean lines of the Trinsic bathroom accessory line. This towel bar is perfect for our half-bathroom.
One thing to note: the portion that holds the towel does not swing so putting a towel on the ring and taking one off requires you to slide the towel along the wall. It isn't a deal breaker but something to keep in mind.

What color matches trinsic stainless steel better brushed steel or polished steel?
I would like to buy a towel warmer and don't know what color to buy to match my new trinsic stainless steel bathtub faucets.
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 759460-SS will not be an exact match to your towel warmer but we would recommend brushed steel over polished steel. The Stainless Steel finish is not shiny.

Can this product be mounted both directions so that it can be symmetrical on two sides of a vanity?
Hi Kim, Thank you for your question. The arm on the 759460-SS towel ring is in a fixed position. The arm does not move to allow the fixture to be mounted in both directions.

How do I remove the quick click mount?
Thank you for your question, Ron2019! Remove the set screw, located at the bottom of the round flange on the wall. The set screw can be removed by using a 1/8 Allen wrench. Once the towel ring is removed, you can remove the mounting bracket, by using a Phillips screw driver to remove the mounting screws. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us directly.

Delta 759460 Trinsic Wall Mounted Towel Ring was professionally installed last year but it came loose from the wall. Removed it & re-attached metal mounting piece to plaster wall with heavy duty anchors but having trouble reinstalling towel holder.

I have trinsic towel rings ready to mount. The hook is so close to the wall a towel won't go on it. I can't adjust the angle. Do you have a remedy
