Love the ease of using the open ended towel ring. Durable with a nice black finish. We did add wall anchors because the screws provided really aren’t adequate enough. Ordering two more today for another bathroom!

Do not buy - stationary ring does not pivot!
As others have noted, the ring is fixed and does not swivel/pivot. We decided NOT to install these after noticing this design flaw, anticipating they would quickly get pulled out and damage wall. Will be returning and going with a different towel ring.

Don't Buy: The Handle is fixed, but your guests won't know that
The handle is fixed in place and does not swing. It worked great for us for a while, but guests don't know that the towel ring is fixed in place, so over months of pulling and tugging, the hardware fixing it to the wall come loose and is damaged over time. After three years and 4 fixes with this product, we are finally throwing in the towel and finding a replacement in another brand.

too narrow, a hand towel triple folded barely fits. it is not hinged so putting the towel on the ring is challenging as it sits very close to the wall. this should be wider and hinged!

Been using for over a year and it's great
I came here to buy more of these for our second story remodel, saw some reviews and had to weigh in. We have one in our powder room and we love it. It has never fallen off the wall, there's no way that could happen if it is installed correctly. The ring does not pivot as mentioned and at first I thought that it was a little weird but actually it means our towels stay in place when the kids are drying their hands. The whole line is super stunning and I'm so glad we went with Trinsic.

Looks Good, Not Functional
I bought this towel hook/ring to replace a cheaper brand that looked similar to the Delta Trinsic line that I was trying to match up to the Delta Trinsic faucet I installed. Unfortunately, this towel hook/ring also falls off the wall as the previous one did. Additionally, the Trinsic towel ring is fixed, meaning, there's no movement to the hook. That would be fine if the hook weren't so close to the wall. It doesn't protrude far enough to fit your towel properly, so you end up having to stuff it on the hook to get it to fit between the fixed hook and the wall, which, in turn, makes the mounting fall off. Super not functional. The only thing I can say good about it is that it's pretty and looks nice with the faucet.

I've installed numerous bath accessories and the mounting hardware for these is terrible. Includes drywall anchors that are way to heavy duty for this application and they break when screwed in as they are a rather soft plastic. Should just be the normal push-in anchors.

Pretty But Not Very Secure
The set screw and mounting mechanism do not come together well on this bar. While the mounting mechanism is secure to the wall, the set screw does not stop this bar from rotating on the mounting plate.

Looks great but keeps falling off!

The "c" shaped part does not click in or attach to the wall mount so it's just loose and falls out when you use the towel. I had to super glue it into place. If anyone knows if we missed a step that wasn't explained in the instructions, please let me know! I have 3 more to install.

Very clean look
I really like the entire Delta Trinsic line. It gave me the same look as the extremely expensive Moen Purist collection. I ordered the towel ring from Build because it was a bit cheaper than ordering it from my bath and kitchen showroom. the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the champagne bronze finish of the towel ring from Build was different than the champagne bronze finish faucets from the showroom. Not Build's fault I suspect. Delta needs to address this. This was confirmed for me because I had to reorder one of my faucets (from the same showroom) because my plumber damaged the first one. The replacement faucet from the showroom was again a different shade of the CB finish. So while I have one fixture collection, Trinsic, I have multiple shades of it. It's beyond aggravating considering this collection isn't exactly budget friendly either. But after a 5 month master bath remodel that was only suppose to take 4 weeks, I choose sanity over perfection. Get it together Delta. You have a great looking product that needs to be consistent in color.

A tea towel ring!

The hook is immobile so if you want to hang anything more than a washcloth it will not fit. Ultimately we tried a towel and the ring popped off the wall, leaving the fitting. I called Delta and was told that none of its holders are flexible. It didn't make much sense to me but that's the way it is.

What color matches trinsic stainless steel better brushed steel or polished steel?
I would like to buy a towel warmer and don't know what color to buy to match my new trinsic stainless steel bathtub faucets.
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 759460-SS will not be an exact match to your towel warmer but we would recommend brushed steel over polished steel. The Stainless Steel finish is not shiny.

Can this product be mounted both directions so that it can be symmetrical on two sides of a vanity?

How do I remove the quick click mount?
Thank you for your question, Ron2019! Remove the set screw, located at the bottom of the round flange on the wall. The set screw can be removed by using a 1/8 Allen wrench. Once the towel ring is removed, you can remove the mounting bracket, by using a Phillips screw driver to remove the mounting screws. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us directly.

Delta 759460 Trinsic Wall Mounted Towel Ring was professionally installed last year but it came loose from the wall. Removed it & re-attached metal mounting piece to plaster wall with heavy duty anchors but having trouble reinstalling towel holder.

I have trinsic towel rings ready to mount. The hook is so close to the wall a towel won't go on it. I can't adjust the angle. Do you have a remedy
