Rated 3 out of 5 by from Faucet sprays across bathroom sometimes We bought this a year ago and love the look, grandkids love watching the water come out but several times a week when we turn the water on it blasts clear across the bathroom like the waterline had air in it. I have checked the water lines, noting leaking. Love the faucet so I am hoping someone has an idea how to stop this. None of out other faucets which are all Delta do this. Thank you

Which Copper tube is the hot one? One tube is longer than the other, neither on is marked hot or cold.

Hi, Javan! Thank you for your question. If you are facing the faucet straight on, the hot supply line should be on the left, and is the longer supply line. The cold supply line is on the right, and is the shorter supply line. Best Regards, Rosanna

How do you remove the end cap on the handle so that I can access the valve cartridge?

I have the Cassidy 798LF-RB faucet. We have a difficult time cleaning water deposits from the waterfall faucet spigot. Is there a cleaner that will remove the water deposits and not damage the finish?

Does the 798 model come with a drain assembly?

The spec sheet says "models" (plural) come with a pop-up drain, but then at the end says model 598 only. The picture of the 798 shows what looks like a pull at the top of the fixture for a pop-up drain, but given the note in the spec sheet, I'm wondering about that.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 798LF does not include a pop-up assembly. We manufacture a couple of different styles to choose from. There are grid strainer assemblies and push-pop assemblies, with and without overflow holes. Model numbers are as follows: RP47648-without overflow holes RP6346-with overflow holes 72172-without overflow holes 72173-with overflow holes

I ordered the tall spout and it is spraying too much water I think because I have a low vessel. Is there anyway to unscrew the lower housing or do I need to purchase two new lower spouts

Can you adjust the water flow and temperature? Don't see anything about that in the instructions

Dear Todd, Thank you for your question. The Delta Cassidy Lavatory 798LF-RB faucet has a maximum flow rate of 1.20 gpm @ 60 psi, 4.54 L/min @ 414 kPa. The handle on the side of the faucet turns the faucet on and off and controls the hot and cold water flow. Best regards, Tanya

I have a three hole standard pedestal sink. Does this faucet come with a cover plate and will it be too tall for a standard pedestal sink? Also, does it come with a drain

Hello JP 52319, Thank you for your question. The Delta Cassidy Vessel 798LF faucet has a 9 17/32" (242mm) height from the base of the faucet to where the water comes out. The total height of the faucet is 10 1/32" (255mm).
