One of them does not work at all and only worked for about a month, and the other barely works anymore. We put all Delta products through our entire house because our builder said they were the best. I am VERY disappointed in this product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Handle doesnt reach far enough and doesn't hold enough soap Good looking soap dispenser - have been using it for about 3 months. Works fine, BUT - IMHO it doesn' hold enough soap (13oz) I thought twice i must not have filled it up all the way, only to have it overflow all over the eschelon. Also the handle does not reach far enough over and into the sink. Almost impossible to squirt soap into a pot or bowl, have to put it on a sponge first then let the soap go into the cooking pot/pan/bowl. Maybe I just do a lot of dishes. Looking for a new one right now!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice, it works I wasn't sure it would match the faucet in color. (WHY does Delta have only two soap dispensers, neither of which match most of the faucets? Wanted one with a matching square base.) Fortunately it does despite a different name for the finish. And despite a squared off kitchen sink faucet it looks fine. The top of the dispenser is thankfully large enough and the rise in the spout doesn't interfere with using it with grotty kitchen hands.

Does this have lifetime warranty and if so how do i get a replacement? I don't want to spend more money on this as this is now costs over $100, which is ridiculous.

Can you use foaming hand soap in the soap dispenser?

Hi Annie, Thanks for your question regarding RP50781SS! Soap Dispensers can use liquid dish soap, liquid hand soap, alcohol-based hand sanitizer, and even typical hand lotions. Foaming soap will pump from the soap dispenser but it will not foam. Foaming soap dispensers have a chamber that mixes air into the soap. Our soap dispensers do not have that chamber. The push top has broken off from the base of the dispenser. Our dispenser has a tube to insert into a bottle of dish soap. I notice the one on line has a bottle that attaches and a tube isn't used. Can I still get the older style?

Have had the soap dispenser for10 years. It does not pump soap without multiple presses to start the flow. Cleaned it with white vinegar and removed the soap container to see if there is a blockage. It flows correctly with the vinegar, then stops working.

Our pump assembly will not return back to open position after it has been depressed. the parts have all been washed out but the top part of the plastic part doesn’t go back up. We get about 1/8 of a full squirt of soap. Is there a replacement part?

The top piece of our stainless soap dispenser with our touchless faucet is broken(the plastic that held on of the two screws), I tightened one to see if that would hold the bottom black dispensing piece in place, to no avail. Can you send us a new top?
