The packaging box didn't include the filling funnel. Disappointing that it was missing from the box. I haven't been able to rectify this error. I'll try again to contact you.

I am trying to find the dispenser specifications particularly the bottle height for Soap / Lotion Dispenser MODEL#: RP50813SP. I downloaded file https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-K-955-DST%20Rev%20D.pdf but there are two different ones shown?

I have the RP50813SS soap dispenser. The top, pump, hose and bottle are fine. However, the threaded portion is stripped and the collar/beauty ring that goes directly under the top of the dispenser is corroded. Where can I get these parts? NEED!

We have the Delta Leland Kitchen soap dispenser RP5081RB and faucet in our kitchen.  The pump mechanism keeps sticking and will no longer dispense the soap.  Is this covered under the limited lifetime warranty?  I really miss my soap dispenser.

What is the Delta equivalent to the "Brushed Nickel" finish from other manufacturers?

Our brushed finish that is referred to as brushed nickel by some retailers would be the Stainless (SS) finish or SpotShield Stainless (SP) which has antimicrobial protection and resists water spots and fingerprints. I have Delta kitchen faucet model 16955Z-SSSD-DST Victorian with the soap dispenser. If I fill the soap dispenser to the top, soap pours out from the top & leaks into cabinet. If I fill the soap dispenser about 3/4 full, no problem. What is wrong?

My pump no longer works on my RP50813. Can I place the pump only with another style that will fit base on my sink.  I have brilliance stainless finish. Or do I have to replace base along with new pump?   The pump head I have was always hard to pump

Can I purchase just the pump portion? The spring has gone bad so it doesn’t go up and down when depressed. The top metal piece is fine.
