Is there trim that can be used when the hole for the diverter is larger than the trim?

I have the t11800 and I made the hole the same size as the valves. the depth is about on the money slight in too far so the plate can push out the diverter trim too much. Thanks, Steve

At 60PSI, what is the flow rate (in GPM) from each port when not in the shared position? and from each port when in the shared position?

The GPM ( gallons per minute) of the positions for the T11800/R11000 diverter valve depends on the components being used and the trim/cartridge of the control valve. Hello Multitask, Thank you for your question. This diverter will allow you to run two components, together or individually. The diverter valve is not designed to have a tub spout connected to it You would connect the diverter tub spout to the bottom port of the valve. Best regards, Tanya

We have purchased the Windemere Monitor 14 Series Valve Trim along with the MultiChoice Rough-In. We are wanting a diverter that does two shower heads, plus a both option. This valve recommended isn’t making sense to us. Help?

Rosanna, The I spoke with a Delta representative on the phone yesterday. They said this diverter trim required the R11000 rough-in. This particular rough-in comes with 4 outlets. In which, how do you plumb it accordingly to do the detachable on one, rain head on the other and then both? Does the cartridge that comes with this trim allow for that?

Hi, Alexis! Thank you for your question. The Delta R11000 has four ports. The bottom port is to be plumbed to a MultiChoice R10000 valve body. The right port is to be plugged, while the two shower components are to be plumbed to the top and left ports. Best Regards, Rosanna

Depth of installation problem

I have this R11000 diverter with the T11800 trim kit. I had a plumber do all the rough-in, but now that the tile is up and I'm installing the trim, I've found that the plumber put the valve at the wrong depth. While the shower valve trim (a Symmons) itself was fine, the diverter backplate is actually sitting 3/8" from the wall. Is there an alternate trim or a extension plate available that resolve this? Untiling the wall is not an acceptable solution! Thank you, Larry B

Hi Larry, We are sorry that you are experiencing a problem with your installation. Unfortunately if the valve is plumbed out too far we do not offer any alternative trim rings or extensions to fix the issue. The valve will have to be replumbed. What crartrage do I need to use the right port and to instead of the left and top? Thanks

Which valve is this"

I have a 3 position diverter that came in a 3/6 box (T11800 versis T11900). The replacement sent is says this on the stem "Fluhs 60567 and 161117". I can't compare with the temp. installed 3, but it looks the same. Delta pic on site for 6 shows (all I can see) https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP51919 "uhs __563 and __1109" which leads me to believe it is again the 3/6. Maybe in the future Delta could show all numbers on parts instead of just partial!!!!
