I know that can be frustrating. We are happy to help! We would not recommend plumbing a tub spout to a diverter outlet, only because the flow rate will be less than expected. As the diverter cartridge was designed to supply water to showerheads, body sprays and hand showers, the flow from the tub spout could be noticeably reduced compared to the standard direct flow from the control valve. I would recommend a diverter tub spout plumbed to the tub outlet of the valve rough-in, to ensure a good flow rate into the tub. Hi, Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T11953 does have an extension kit available that will add 1" to the installation. Hello Viet, Thank you for your question! I will be happy to assist. R11000 is used to divert the water from a hand shower to shower head or even to body sprays. To mix the water and adjust for your temperature you would need an R10000 plus a trim that will fit. Any trim will fit an R10000 besides our Foundations models. Our Delta Faucet VERO® 6-Setting 3-Port Diverter Trim MODEL#: T11953-RB would allow for 3 items to be run off this diverter, We recommend the tub spout to be ported from the T17053-RB. Here is what we recommend: R10000-IP T17053-RB RP53419RB If you are only using a tub spout this should be all you need, if you are adding a showerhead and/or a hand shower then the R11000 and T11953-RB would be needed as well.
