Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed with head and flow. I am not used to such a low flow when taking a shower. I was praying that I could find and remove a water flow restricter but I could not find it. This is in my master bathroom but now I am literally taking showers in another bathroom. The shower head is also terrible. It has very limited movement, it is very small and not made for a shower in a nice home. Calling it eco friendly should have given my plumber a hint. I was not looking for a cheap, low flow fixture without the ability to adjust the flow rate at all.

Where can I find out how too raise the water temp on this 13 series T13220 faucet?

Does this lever handle controls both the water flow volume and its temperature like the plastic knob does? The plastic knob lets me tilt it up and down for water volume control, while it also allows temperature control turning clockwise/counter-clockwise.

Hi, dminc! Thank you for your question. The Delta Monitor T13220 shower valve trim handle turns right to left for on and also to get hotter water the more left the handle turns. We no longer manufacture our 600 series shower units that have single handles that control volume and temperature. We recommend the renovation kit, RP54870. Best Regards, Rosanna

How do I push the handle on to the stem far enough for the set screw to hold?

Which one of the rough valves has female threads to be used with this trim

Update possible?

I have an older Delta shower control. It is a single crystal knob with up/down - on/off and left and right action for hot and cold. Will your Faucet model # T13220-SS in stainless work as an update WITHOUT removing the current shower valve? I'd like to update the look of the shower with a handle and in brushed stainless. Hi Larry, Thank you for your question! I have determined you have our 600 series tub/shower. It is a discontinued unit and none of the current trims we offer will fit onto the existing valve body. However, we do manufacture a renovation kit part number RP54870. The kit comes with the escutcheon(face plate), screws, sleeve, dome shaped cap assembly, lever handle and internal parts. You will have to order your choice of showerhead, shower arm, shower flange and tub spout separate. The kit is available in Chrome, Venetian bronze and Stainless Steel finish. Best regards, Brandis

It seems like my shower handle is really wobbly a lot. Like a set screw is missing on the shower handle. Is there a screw/ allen that take allen head, phillips head, or straight slot screwdriver? What application does it take to tighten handle up?

Leaking from connections. All new pieces and clamps but still leaking

Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! It is possible that flushing the CLASSIC Monitor® 13 Series Shower Trim MODEL#: T13220 could resolve this issue. To do this, turn off the water supplies, remove the cartridge, and turn the supplies back on for one minute. Please make sure that you are getting good flow through both the hot and cold sides while flushing. You can also shake the cartridge back and forth to make sure the back half of the cartridge rattles. This means that the pressure-balancing spool is moving freely, as it should. If you would like installation help, you may contact our residential warranty line directly at 800-345-3358 (prompt 2, then 4). We are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. will the T13010 & or the T13020 ss trim kits fit my pre 2006 monitor 1400 series?

For a 132900 shower valve. Mounted the valve too far out (close to the stall). Can't move it now without tearing drywall. The valve body is exposed beyond the trim bezel. Do you make a longer version of RP39407 (about 1" longer). Any other suggestions?
