Rated 4 out of 5 by from Need to buy a valve The design and quality of this Delta shower trim kit are excellent. The matte black finish looks sleek and modern, and the shower head delivers good water pressure with an easy-to-clean design. Installation of the trim itself was straightforward, and the materials feel durable and well-made.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice shower upgrade I recently installed the Delta 342701-BL Monitor 14-Series raincan shower system in my bathroom, and I’m thrilled with the results. The matte black finish gives the space a sleek, modern update and makes the bathroom feel high end without looking over the top. One of my favorite features is having two different shower options. The raincan shower head offers a soothing, spa like experience that’s perfect for relaxing, while the second shower head delivers a strong, direct spray for when I need more power. Switching between the two is effortless, and both function perfectly. The water pressure is steady and satisfying, and the entire system feels sturdy and well built. Installation was also pretty straightforward if you’re comfortable with basic DIY tasks. Overall, this was an excellent upgrade for my bathroom. It not only enhanced the look of the space but also made daily showers so much more enjoyable. I’m extremely happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Need more less shower head options like this [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy with the style and versatility of the less shower head trim package. So many customers are using specialty shower heads and don't like to be wasteful in throwing way a brand new, unused head.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality! I love Delta products. I used to work for a big corporation supplying products to builders and Delta was one of my top brands to offer. This set is beautiful! The matte finish looks modern. The product feel heavy and good quality. Very excited to have this in out of our small bathrooms.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sleek The Delta tub and show trim is sleek looking. It is not too heavy and feels very sturdy to withstand showers and baths. I like that it doesn't show scratches or water marks easily. I

Do you have a document that proves this is Water Sense certified? It says it on this web page but no where on the box. I bought it because it said it was Water Sense. My condo installs Water Sense products for free and I need to show them proof.

Asked by: Lynnerich
Hello, Thank you for your question! Yes, this is WaterSense certified as it provides a flow rate of at least 1.75gpm or lower. Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Themar Digital Communications Specialist

Is this handle supposed to turn more than 90 degrees (1/4 revolution)? Even when turned all the way counter clockwise (which is a vertical handle position.) The water never gets as hot as from our other fixtures.

Asked by: CJ Tzioumis
Hi CJ, It sounds as though the rotational limit stop may not have been adjusted. The rotational limit stop is used to limit the amount of hot water available such that, if set properly, the user will not be scalded if the handle accidentally is rotated all the way to “hot” when a person is showering or filling a tub. The first position allows the LEAST amount of hot water to mix with the cold water in the system. In the first position, the water will be the coldest possible when the handle is turned all the way to hot. As you move the rotational limit stop counterclockwise, you progressively add more and more hot water in the mix. The last position to the left will result in the greatest amount of hot water to the mix, and the greatest risk of scald injury if someone accidentally turns the valve handle all the way to the hot side while showering or filling a tub. To adjust the temperature of the water coming out of the valve, pull the disc back to a position where it is possible to remove the rotational limit stop and readjust the teeth engagement position to the desired temperature. Clockwise will decrease the outlet temperature, counterclockwise will increase the outlet temperature. Temperature change per tooth (notch) could be 4° - 16°F based on inlet water conditions. Repeat as necessary. Push disc until fully seated. If you would like installation help, you may contact our residential warranty line directly at 800-345-3358 (prompt 2, then 4). Is it possible to add a handheld shower to this configuration?

Asked by: Clare
Hi Clare, thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Yes, you can add a hand shower to the T14467-BL-PP if you prefer. There are a couple of ways you can do this and it depends on what you are wanting to do. One way is using the shower arm diverter. You will only need the shower arm diverter, hand shower with hose, and possibly a mount that is connected to your shower wall. Please refer to the examples below. Shower arm diverter - https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/U4929-BL-PK.html Handshower Mount - https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts/product/U4010-BL-PK.html Another way is installing a diverter valve and a diverter trim. This option requires to be installed behind the wall. Please refer to the examples below. Diverter valve - https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts/product/R11000.html Diverter trim - ** This is a 3-setting 2-port ** https://www.deltafaucet.com/search-results?q=T118*BL*&prefn1=finish&prefv1=Matte_Black&prefn2=recertified&prefv2=false Diverter trim - ** This is a 6-setting 3-port ** https://www.deltafaucet.com/search-results?q=T119*BL*&prefn1=finish&prefv1=Matte_Black&prefn2=recertified&prefv2=false We appreciate your feedback.
