Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice shower upgrade I recently installed the Delta 342701-BL Monitor 14-Series raincan shower system in my bathroom, and I’m thrilled with the results. The matte black finish gives the space a sleek, modern update and makes the bathroom feel high end without looking over the top. One of my favorite features is having two different shower options. The raincan shower head offers a soothing, spa like experience that’s perfect for relaxing, while the second shower head delivers a strong, direct spray for when I need more power. Switching between the two is effortless, and both function perfectly. The water pressure is steady and satisfying, and the entire system feels sturdy and well built. Installation was also pretty straightforward if you’re comfortable with basic DIY tasks. Overall, this was an excellent upgrade for my bathroom. It not only enhanced the look of the space but also made daily showers so much more enjoyable. I’m extremely happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Do you have a document that proves this is Water Sense certified? It says it on this web page but no where on the box. I bought it because it said it was Water Sense. My condo installs Water Sense products for free and I need to show them proof.

Asked by: Lynnerich
Hello, Thank you for your question! Yes, this is WaterSense certified as it provides a flow rate of at least 1.75gpm or lower. Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Themar Digital Communications Specialist

Is this handle supposed to turn more than 90 degrees (1/4 revolution)? Even when turned all the way counter clockwise (which is a vertical handle position.) The water never gets as hot as from our other fixtures.

Asked by: CJ Tzioumis
Hi CJ, It sounds as though the rotational limit stop may not have been adjusted. The rotational limit stop is used to limit the amount of hot water available such that, if set properly, the user will not be scalded if the handle accidentally is rotated all the way to “hot” when a person is showering or filling a tub. The first position allows the LEAST amount of hot water to mix with the cold water in the system. In the first position, the water will be the coldest possible when the handle is turned all the way to hot. As you move the rotational limit stop counterclockwise, you progressively add more and more hot water in the mix. The last position to the left will result in the greatest amount of hot water to the mix, and the greatest risk of scald injury if someone accidentally turns the valve handle all the way to the hot side while showering or filling a tub. To adjust the temperature of the water coming out of the valve, pull the disc back to a position where it is possible to remove the rotational limit stop and readjust the teeth engagement position to the desired temperature. Clockwise will decrease the outlet temperature, counterclockwise will increase the outlet temperature. Temperature change per tooth (notch) could be 4° - 16°F based on inlet water conditions. Repeat as necessary. Push disc until fully seated. If you would like installation help, you may contact our residential warranty line directly at 800-345-3358 (prompt 2, then 4). Is it possible to add a handheld shower to this configuration?

Asked by: Clare
Hi Clare, thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Yes, you can add a hand shower to the T14467-BL-PP if you prefer. There are a couple of ways you can do this and it depends on what you are wanting to do. One way is using the shower arm diverter. You will only need the shower arm diverter, hand shower with hose, and possibly a mount that is connected to your shower wall. Please refer to the examples below. Shower arm diverter - https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/U4929-BL-PK.html Handshower Mount - https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts/product/U4010-BL-PK.html Another way is installing a diverter valve and a diverter trim. This option requires to be installed behind the wall. Please refer to the examples below. Diverter valve - https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts/product/R11000.html Diverter trim - ** This is a 3-setting 2-port ** https://www.deltafaucet.com/search-results?q=T118*BL*&prefn1=finish&prefv1=Matte_Black&prefn2=recertified&prefv2=false Diverter trim - ** This is a 6-setting 3-port ** https://www.deltafaucet.com/search-results?q=T119*BL*&prefn1=finish&prefv1=Matte_Black&prefn2=recertified&prefv2=false We appreciate your feedback. How do I remove the plug on the handle to adjust the water temperature??? I’ve read to use a 1/8 hex wrench after but I’m scratching the finish on my handle trying to remove the plug!

Asked by: Delta dummy
Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! There is a small notch on the button that will make it easier to remove. You can use a plastic or wooden toothpick to slide into the notch and help remove it. Please be mindful not to scratch the finish. We appreciate your inquiry. Please reach out directly if you have further questions! Best Regards, Kyra Digital Communications Specialist
