Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible make Purchased the Woodhurst in matte black-the tub spout is defective. It’s cheap plastic and when you divert to the shower head it spews water behind the faucet and tub wall, behind the plumbing wall which then flooded my basement. Will never recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never order from Delta Ever, period Never order from Delta Ever, period. They have terrible customer service reps that will straight up lie to your face without remorse. About 2 hours after my wife placed the order for this faucet, I realized that she ordered the wrong part per the valve that is already installed and piped into our wall. I then called Delta customer service about 3 hours after she placed the order to see if we can cancel. I was then lied to by the customer service rep, Daishana and she told me that we cannot cancel the order because the item has already shipped and the only thing we can do now is just return it once it is received. Weird because I found out about a week later after not receiving the package that it took an additional 4 days for the package to ship. Now all of a sudden, I have to pay an additional $40 in shipping fees in order to return the product.

I replaced the first one thinking it was faulty, only to discover that it’s the stainless steel that’s crap. Now, I’m just stuck with an ugly faucet. Stay away from Delta stainless steel!

Does the shower have a drain, so you can fill the tub with water ?

How is the aerator removed from the bathtub faucet? It is certainly not a standard aerator. It appears to be a thin molded plastic insert. My aerator removal wrenches do not work. Is this even an aerator?

i have a t14432-rb when i was screwing the tub spout on to the nipple I crack the plastic in the spout. All I need is a tub spout. How can I order just a spout?

I replaced a delta shower faucet and head with T14432. The new sleeve is much shorter (about 7/8") than the old one I removed and I need a longer sleeve. Can you advise how I can get a longer sleeve?

The Delta Faucet model T14432-RB Tub/Shower Trim trim sleeve is 3" in length and can be replaced with the RP22735RB Trim Sleeve - Long - 13 / 14 Series which is 3 1/2" in length. To make up for the missing length, we recommend using the spacer supplied with the trim sleeve you have currently. You can purchase parts online, locally, or over the phone.
