Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor waterproofing against shower wall I have installed many shower valves. Opened box and thought a part was missing because a good seal between trim plate and shower wall cannot be made as it comes. They are relying on a tiny piece of foam half glued on the back of the trim plate to seal out water running down the shower wall similar seals are made in other trim plates, but how this one is situated I have zero confidence in it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never order from Delta Ever, period Never order from Delta Ever, period. They have terrible customer service reps that will straight up lie to your face without remorse. About 2 hours after my wife placed the order for this faucet, I realized that she ordered the wrong part per the valve that is already installed and piped into our wall. I then called Delta customer service about 3 hours after she placed the order to see if we can cancel. I was then lied to by the customer service rep, Daishana and she told me that we cannot cancel the order because the item has already shipped and the only thing we can do now is just return it once it is received. Weird because I found out about a week later after not receiving the package that it took an additional 4 days for the package to ship. Now all of a sudden, I have to pay an additional $40 in shipping fees in order to return the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Black Matte material I brought this 3 months ago and put in my bathroom it brung it out but I am not finished with my bathroom to show after results because I am painting my Bathroom over and my bathtub to bring it out much More,The water comes out much more powerfully and it works much better then my existing fixtures,with smooth adjustment on the Levers... I would suggest this item to family and friends for a very stylish look in your bathroom it will bring it out totally

The water spray was strong and I didn't notice any leaking. I did have to use some plumbers tape to make it secure, which it comes with in the box.

How can the scoreless escutcheon be removed?

Previous Question - not “scoreless”!  But screwless escutcheon!

I ordered Delta item T-142339-BL-PPModern Shower matte black from Amazon and received on JUNE 18, 2022 a product labelled as "14 MULTICHOICE" which does not include the center of the valve handle plate. Need center handle trim ring that fits inside?

My water barely gets lukewarm, which is useless. The issue lies within the this unit. Everything else in my house gets nice and hot, just the way we like it. How can I adjust this so we can actually enjoy a hot shower and not be stuck in the cold?

We tried to put the handle on, but the little Allen set screw does not go all of the way in. It goes in about three-quarters of the length into the hole and stops. Shouldn't it have to go all the way in in order to secure the handle?
