Plug button will not come off!
I need to adjust the hot/cold water limit but am having the toughest time figuring out how to get the plug button off so I can unscrew the shower handle!!!!!! The plug button is adjacent to the handle and is a little circle that is almost seamless with the rest of the shower handle.

Good quality, good modern look
I recently bought a Moen Verso dual showerhead, and since my existing valve is Delta, it would have cost a fortune to replace the whole valve just to get an exact match. So I decided to look for a valve trim that would compliment the look instead of getting an exact match. This Delta Modern valve trim fit the bill. Installation took less than an hour, and the trim complements my showerhead well and seems to be good quality.
After installing this valve trim I further complemented the look by replacing my spout with Delta's model with the pull-down diverter. Both seem to be good quality.

I really enjoy the shower head I received 2 weeks ago. We replaced our old one with the new one and found it to be so much better than before. A wider spray and it seems to be stronger. I really like this one!

Solidly built but not right for my water pressure
I was excited to get such a great name-brand showerhead. I truly thought this would replace my existing one well. In actuality, it provided a weaker flow regime than my less expensive one, and after three days of use, got clogged with something that further reduced the pressure. Note that I am on a well, and typical in-house pressure supplied is 40 psi. This couldn’t provide the same shower water pressure as my existing one sadly

Easy to intsall!

We have new constructions where we are using this tub/shower combo. The question I have relates to the rough-in valve. As there are many versions of R10000, which one is best for PEX and have stops?

The MultiChoice® Universal Tub / Shower Rough MODEL#: R10000-UNWS has spots and can use PEX everywhere but the tub spout. The spout has to use copper or galvanized pipes.

I have a Monitor shower valve that was installed in 1994 , The trim is in bad shape , does delta offer a trim kit for that unit so I don't have to cut into the wall and change the valve body ? I was told that the monitor valve body has been changed .

This faucet can work with an R11000 diverter rough and any diverter trim. For example, the model T11859-BL. The diverter outlets can be plumbed to the showerhead and a wall elbow for a hand shower hose. See our selection of hand showers and slide bars in matte black here:

Hi, wondering how to open valve handle to replace cartridge?
Hi Amy007, thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company!
To replace your cartridge assembly, please refer to the instructions below.
Please shut your water supplies off and gather 1/8" allen wrench and a strap wrench. Please place a washcloth over the drain so you do not lose any small parts.
1. Remove your handle with your 1/8" allen wrench. There is a button on the outside of the handle.
2. Pull the sleeve assembly off of the valve. This is the cylindrical part behind your handle that hides the valve body.
3. You should see a brass valve and a silver bonnet nut. Use your strap wrench to remove the bonnet nut.
4. Pull the cartridge out of the valve.
5. We recommend flushing the valve before installing a new cartridge. Please follow the instructions below to flush your shower valve.
Flushing:
1. Since you have your valve open with your water shut off, please secure the parts you removed from your shower.
2. Close the shower door or the curtain, and turn the water back on for about a minute. **Please note, that the hot and cold water will come out of this valve, the hot water is the same temperature as your water heater.**
3. Shut the water off and look for the etched "H" on the cartridge.
4. Please install the cartridge with the "H" facing the left side.
5. You will need to rotate your rotational limit stop. Please refer to page 9, with a #4 in a black box, to adjust to your preferred temperature.

I recently installed a Series 13/14 Shower body in a new application. When I put all the mechanism together and turned the water on I could not get any hot water to come out. Max temp 75 Degrees. I shut off the cold and no Hot water

We installed two of these (RP101842BL) and they seem to aim too far to the back of the shower and cannot be adjusted more downward. They were professionally installed and Delta was recommended. Is there any way to adjust them downward? Need suggestions.

A wrench should only be used to remove the old showerhead. The showerhead should be hand-tightened to the shower arm. It seals with a compression gasket.
