I just got and installed the Delta RP101842BL shower head and I love it! Was very easy to install just removed my old one and attached this one. It has a great spray and look so great with my shower fixtures. Love that it has a lifetime guarantee..highly recommend!

Nice looking matte black
I do like the finish on this shower head and the cylindrical shape of the head looks modern. It didn’t take long for the spray nozzles to start shooting in weird directions with restricted flow. We live in an area with hard water so keep that in mind that the nozzles may clog. The finish still is looking nice

Powerful sprayer
I bought the shower sprayer head a few months ago and I am amazed at how strong it is. After a long day of work there’s nothing better than getting in the hot shower with a powerful water jets to help relax my body and this is absolutely the best one

Up to date design
The delta matte black shower head matched perfectly with our new matte black faucet. The shower head was easy to install and is perfect for our guest bathroom. It worked much better than our last shower head and didn’t leak or spray in the wrong direction. This shower head only has one setting but is perfect for the look and function we were trying to achieve.

Sleek appearance, easy to install
This shower head is pretty basic, however, it looks awesome and it was so easy to install. I just had to unscrew my old one and screw this one on which took a matter of minutes. The water pressure from this showerhead reminds me of rain coming down where it's not beating down on your skin like needles, but it also still gets all of the shampoo out of my hair. The shape of the showerhead also allows for a large area of body coverage with water where my previous showerhead I had to strategically stand underneath the shower and not move otherwise I'd be cold. This showerhead doesn't have any different shape or pressure settings, so you are going to be pretty limited to whatever existing water pressure you have. The knob on the head swivels easily, though, so that I can easily adjust in which direction I'd like the head to point.

Easy install, great spray quality!
What can I say, this is well made and easy as pie to install. I’ve been using it for quite a while and honestly the matte has held up beautifully with my hard water, I’ve cleaned the shower head once a month with a lime buildup dislodging product and it hasn’t effected the finish one but. The spay is nice and even and easy to control. This is a great choice for a bathroom !

Very nice, sleek design!
So many great things about this new shower head...first and most importantly, it delivers amazing pressure. Isn't too much pressure where it splashes everywhere. Secondly, the flat surface is a game changer for cleaning the shower head. Most are bumpy and I've had to use a toothbrush to clean it. This one, you just spray and wipe clean. It's really easy to clean! Highly recommended!

Amazing shower head and faucet.
Not only is this set beautiful is functional and practical. It was very easy to install. The matte black makes the bathroom look so modern. Very pleased. The water flow from this faucet is so much better than from my old one also.

High quality
I got this because I trust delta. I'm just waiting on my brother to remodel my bathroom and I can't wait. The color is perfect and everything I need comes in the kit. The only thing I was disappointed in was the size of the shower head. It's a little smaller than I was expecting but I can change it out. All the parts are solid and not made cheaply.

Amazing design
I wanted to remodel my bathroom about two months ago so I bought this a Delta faucet kit for my shower. When I tell you this was the best decision I have ever made it brings out the entire bath tub and bathroom. It has a amazing design and look to it that just pulls you in. I I will definitely be doing the rest of my bathrooms the same exact way.

Great shower head
I do really like this shower head set. I've never used black fixtures before but am really happy with the finish and look of this product. I didn't realize how outdated my shower looked until we installed this new set. It changed the whole look and feel of the shower. I like the feature that keeps the water from changing when other water is being used, such as flushing a toilet. The change in pressure and temperature with our old set was really annoying. We have 2 showers in our house. I will be getting another one of these sets for our other bathroom.

Beautiful modern look
Monitor 14 Series Tub & Shower Set in Matte Black finish is really beautiful. It has a great modern look, and all the parts are of good quality. The installation process was quite easy even for a not very experienced person, but you should seek a professional especially if you’re not so confident and you don’t want to mess up your shower. The water pressure and the flow of it are great too. I like how maintenance is easy and I hope it stays that way. The idea of the calcium from hard water that can't build up is amazing. So I hope I will only need to wipe it all away for a long time.
The shower and bathtub kit came with all the needed parts to replace my older parts.

First, I have to state that I have not yet installed this shower head and valve. This review is basically just on how it looks and feels.
Overall, I love the it. The whole design is a nice modern/contemporary look, and the matte black finish is so sleek, and is a true black, not dark brown. On the shower head, the little spray nozzles are a rubber type material that can be pushed in slightly, which should be nice for getting rid of any hard water build up, which we get a lot of. Almost all of the components appear to be made of metal, except for the shower head, the inner workings of the valve itself, and the square black frame of the valve rough-in. While the shower head does seem to be plastic, it is very sturdy and thick, and it took a close inspection (with lots of tapping) for me to be sure of the difference between it and the other metal components.
Every part of this unit seems to be well-manufactured and high quality. I can’t wait to get it installed!

Sleek shower head
This delta shower head has a modern design that simply upgraded my bathroom. I have the matte black finish and the paint is very durable like it was powder coated. The shower head is easy to clean from calcium build up with its rubber touch design. A very small update gave my bathroom a new look!

Wow these fixtures are great shower set, looks fantastic, I like that are amazing simple modern options, are the perfect matte black. I do have good water pressure with this shower head!. The tub fills up quickly and beautiful water stream. They work very well and were easy to install. I couldn’t be happier with the look of these in my modern bathroom. Matches all of other matte black fixtures in my bathroom. Love it! Would recommend!

Good Delta Shower Faucet
I finally Installed my Delta Shower Faucet, it was a bit of a challenge to installed because we have an older shower with a different setting, but we were able to install the shower head and also the handle. After everything was done my shower does have a more modern look, it looks very beautiful the Matte black is very nice so far I haven’t seen much hard water in it. The handle is very easy to turn and the water pressure is very good, I did notice that its made of plastic around the shower head but so far is doing a great job. I do Recommended!

Modern look
This Delta shower trim is perfect for the look I was going for in my bathroom. It’s consists of 3 piece trim in a matte black. The dark color coordinates very well and makes it very hard to see any water spots etc. The pressure is good and the head is perfect because I can take a cloth or sponge and just wipe the holes clean. Looks great and works great too. I’m happy!

Looks nice, lots of work
This shower set is beautiful! Once installed, it was a great update to my space. However, I found out the hard way that not all Delta sets are universal- I had a Delta set in my house from when I purchased it that I wanted to replace, but I wound up with quite the plumbing job to get this set in. I also found the escutcheon plates small; I had to use my old plate because the hole cut in my tile was too big for the plate. The shower head is a great low-flow head; I have noticed a significant difference in the amount of water used through the time it takes to run out of hot water. Most of the shower set is metal, but the head is plastic. Why? I would have liked metal. All in all, it works and I’m satisfied after all the work it took to put it in. It came with all the needed parts to re-plumb except the tools and the copper pipe.

Solid quality
I have really enjoyed using this black matte rain shower. I like how it is very solid construction, feels sturdy and will last a long time. It is not cheap plastic. The modern and sleek accents will be timeless and good thing because I wouldn’t want to get tired of it and replace it! I have always enjoyed using rain showers and fancy hotels, so it makes me feel like I’m in a fancy hotel on vacation but in my own bathroom question!

This tub and shower trim in matte black is a very modern looking, elegant kit that will give any bathroom a great classy look. If you are not confident in installing it yourself, then definitely seek out a professional plumber. Otherwise installation is not that bad.

Love it!

How do I remove shower handle to increase hot water? Is that button covering a set screw? Is there a way to remove it without breaking?

For T14459-BL-PP, is a longer sleeve or deeper handle available? Upon install, I have too big of a gap even after adding the spacer.

I need shower trim with two screws on the bottom instead of diagonal installation screws for model T14459-BL-PP that I have ordered.

Delta shower faucets with escutcheon screws on the bottom right and bottom left include 600 series and 1600 series.
A renovation kit for a 600 series shower is available as RP54870.
