Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't like the Kinetic Shower Head We bought this shower head after looking at videos and thought it would be a great water saving feature. After using it for 10 days, we do not like it at all. The shower is advertised as "massaging", but it is rough and not soothing at all. The water hits so hard it goes out of the shower onto my tile floor. I am going to replace this shower head. I called Faucet Direct, and they will not exchange it since it was installed and I have to purchase a new one. I'm kind of sad about that, since everything else I have done with them has been awesome! Shipping is quick and returns are easy, but since we don't like this, they won't work with us. So beware when you buy a shower head.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great showerhead - hard to believe it's low-flow We installed this several months ago, and I waited to review until I felt I could add to the comments. This is a very good shower head. As one reviewer mentions, the droplets of water are big - it's not a steady stream but a bunch of large drops coming at you. The droplets spread out, so some water will get onto the sides of the shower (not anything crazy messy, but some droplets may get in your eyes because there isn't a straight stream, especially if you mount the showerhead very high up on the wall like we did). One thing I didn't expect is that there is no adjustment available - there is one setting and that's it. If you want to be able to vary the stream, this isn't for you. I am very happy with this showerhead.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product. The volume control and temp control feature really sells itself. To achieve that in any other brand you need to buy a thermostatic valve and volume controls which can get quite pricey. This is the perfect solution and at a really affordable price. I have nothing to criticize on this product. Install was simple, functionality is great. I combined it with a diverter valve and hand shower and it works wonderfully.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing low-flow shower We recently purchased this bath-shower head combo for our bathroom reno, and are so happy with it. Feels solid and looks good. The temperature control is great: easy to use, holds the temp, and separate from the flow. Perfect. The H20 Kinetic showerhead was a leap of faith. Low flow but doesn't feel low flow? Seriously, could it be true? Yes. It feels great-- these big, fat droplets that catch the light over the bath somehow, so not only does it feel great, but with the light shining down, the water glints like crystals. Somehow my bathroom has turned into a spa. For what it's worth, in terms of the low-flow head, the only thing I'd add is that the H20 Kinetic seems best suited for one showerer at a time. The width of the stream is just right for one person, but I don't think it would give enough water contact for planning to shower with a partner. Could be a disappointment if you often shower as a couple, but that's probably true with any low-flow I'm guessing.

Is there a shower head and hand held with one control system?

I am looking for a regular shower head and a hand held unit but want to have only one trim/diverter. I'd like to be able to have three usage options: 1. shower head alone, 2 hand held alone, or 3. both on at the same time. Does Delta make such a product?

Hi Cindy, Thank you for oyur question. You may want to look at our In2ition 2 in 1 showerheads that feature a fixed and handheld showerhead in a single fixture. The hand shower removes from the fixed portion and there is a built in diverter on the showerhead that allows you to use the heads individually or a the same time. You could also purchase separate showerheads and hand showers and divert them with a 3 way shower arm diverter like our model U4929-PK. Thanks, Dave

Can I set up 2 heads with this kit &amp; independently control flow

I need a model that I can set up an additional rain head in the ceiling of the shower and control flow between the two heads. T17238-SSH2O

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T17238-SSH2O can have another showerhead added to it if you add a diverter with it too. Delta Faucet model # R11000 rough and T11800-SS trim will work with this series.

What's the maximum distance that the lahara handle trim can stick out from the finished wall? In other words how much does the handle stick out? This information is missing from the TDS.

I currently have a LAHARA&reg; Monitor&reg; 17 Series H2Okinetic&reg; Shower Trim In Venetian Bronze MODEL#: T17238-RBH2O installed in my shower. I would like to replace it with a new trim kit in matte black - can you tell me what my compatible options are?

If the valve in your wall was installed after 2006, you should be able to upgrade your trim to any model of your choice, aside from Foundations and our Integrated. We appreciate your inquiry.
