Get multichoice fittings for a lifetime of quality
This is an excellent product! The mentions said I would have to purchase the multi choice attachment separately, but it was sent with the product! I have not gotten it installed yet as I am having a plumber do it and they are a little booked out in my area, but I am absolutely thrilled with this system. The water pressure with this is superior, and with the multichoice, you can easily switch between finishes and fittings without having to cut into your wall once you have the fitting installed. The color look is great, very high end and luxe. Love the different options on the head! Highly recommend this brand and their fittings! Multichoice is 100% the way to go!

Neat Design!

New shower hardware
I have installed the new shower hardware from Delta. It has a different water pattern which gives you a better water pressure. I like that it has two handles to change the temperature. I love the simple design that matches my shower. The installation took a hour from start to finish .

It arrived nicely packaged. The installation for the shower head wasn’t that bad to install. However, the handle was difficult to install in our shower without removing part of the wall. It looks nice I feel the water pressure is weaker than I would like.

Beautiful Shower Fixture
I am currently living in my 5th wheel while our new home is being built. Being able to upgrade my shower fixtures is fabulous. It was easy to install. You do have to literally piece it together, but the insteuction book is pretty easy to follow. You need to supply your own plumbers tape. The pressure is good. It functions as it should. The shower head itself is plastic, but so are many nowadays. Overall, we are loving our new shower head.

Completed a new build, chose Delta Trinsic throughout for plumbing fixtures, bad choice, this finish is terrible. Prints are everywhere, including wipe marks. Poor color and finishing product for fixtures that are high touch items. Avoid the Stainless or you will be disappointed!

Fell apart in less than 2 years
Had this installed in 2021, and now (2024) it has been falling apart for more than a year. This is a piece of crap. It is installed with the R10000-UNBX valve. We can't get it to stay together. The handles fall off the valve into the tub. Most annoying!

Double check color in person if possible
I have yet to install this unit, but upon unboxing I was a little worried about the color. I ordered Champaign bronze and was a bit surprised at just how light it was. It is very pretty, but much more muted of a gold than it even looks in the photos. My other observation is how much the unit weight, or better how much it doesn't! It feels light and almost flimsy. I will update my review once it's been installed and used for a few months, but I'm a tad nervous at the moment !

I've had 2 professional plumbers work on this from the same group. One installed new water lines & the matching Delta rough ins. Another plumber did valve covers etc. Everything looks beautify BUT the shower spray is abysmal. I read other reviews and I thought this would be a better perforning productt

The shower head works great it's the spout for the bath tub that the water trickles out. There's a piece that basically takes up the entire opening. What a weird design. We will have to drill a hole or get a new one.

I hate this faucet! It leaked from the first installation. My plumber reinstalled and it still leaked. It's only about a year and half old. It hasn't been used for about 3 months now it leaks more heavily. I had to position the diverter to get it to stop leaking but now that doesn't work! I'm going to purchase a new valve to see if that works. I should have stuck with Brizo which are in my other bathrooms.

I want to purchase the Monitor 17 Series T17259 Shower Faucet Trim plus R10000-UNBX, Compel Premium handshower (55085) and wall elbow (50560). What else do I require? I do not understand earlier response re R11000 or T11859. Do I need both?

Thank you for your question. Yes, you would need the Diverter Rough-In Valve R11000 and the matching Trinsic 3-Setting Diverter Trim Kit T11859 to complete your shower installation. The diverter unit will allow you to switch between the shower head and hand shower individually as well as a shared setting.

What does the button labeled OFF control? It shows in the picture but there is not explanation of what it does.
Hi Barb, Thank you for your question. The model T17259 has the words off and on etched onto the round escutcheon, but no off button. The on/off are showing the handle location relative to the water flow.

temperature & volume control relationship
I have 2 showers with T17259 shower controls and they both work the same. If the volume control is turned down, the temperature gets colder and can't be maintained hot enough no matter what the temperature lever is set to. If the volume is set close to full on it works fine. The safety temperature limit is turned up all the way on both of these. What can be done about this?

Thank you for your question. The valve is designed to provide only cold water at low volume as a safety feature. We recommend to use the faucet with the handle all the way to the "ON" position.

My Trinsic shower gets very little hot water flow
Brand new shower and no one want to use it because the water doesn't get hot enough. My plumber has adjusted the cartridge as much as he can. What can I do?
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T17259 contains a rotational limit stop that may need adjusting to allow more hot water to flow through the valve. Included here are the instructions for adjusting the limit stop. The directions are on page 9 of this booket.
