The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality gives you maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only or both the shower head and hand shower at once. With separate handles for volume and temperature control, this Delta tub/shower provides a more refined showering experience. Simply set the water at your preferred temperature and turn the shower on or off with the volume control handle - without interrupting your set temperature. While other products may gather unsightly mineral build-up over time, Delta soft rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow any mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look – with no need for soaking or the aid of chemical cleaners. The pause setting gives you ample space for shaving, lathering and other shower tasks, then easily restarts the water with the temperature where you left off. This spray setting helps you conserve water, so you can worry less about depleting your supply of hot water - and you help the environment too. Delta® pressure-balance valves use Monitor® Technology to protect you and your family from sudden temperature changes. An ornate blend of deep, warm tones and subtle highlights give Venetian Bronze® a hand-brushed look that can transform a bath. Offering a smooth contrast to light tones and coordinating well with darker ones, this finish can have a beautiful soothing effect on almost any space. Great shower head but controls sticky
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi- we had our new shower installed with this Shower package. We really like it. Good pressure. Multifunctional. Only negative is adjusting controls for both cold and hot is sticky and doesn't adjust easily. Also we almost always have pressure up all the way because it sticks and can't get it turned all the way warm with low pressure

Great water pressure

Does the job

Bought for basement bath

It is not used everyday like it would be in the Master so it is perfect for this bathroom. For the look and price I would buy this fixture again (and it is very nice having the capability to use the hand held to clean the shower)

Hoping for great control
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this shower faucet for my new construction based on the recommendation from a friend who works for a plumbing supplier. My shower faucet will not be accessible from outside the shower. Therefore, I wanted to be able to turn my faucet on heat up to a comfortable temperature without having to stand in cold water. Because this faucet has a separate volume control, I can leave the temperature setting at my desired temperature when I turned the shower off and on. I also like that I can use the shower head as a hand held shower.

Don't buy this!
We are building a new home and I've bought all Delta fixtures as advised by the builder and plumber. They were installed today and this is the only thing that I don't like...really don't like! The shower head does not fit well in the housing and the hose is all wadded up, looking awful. The plumber told me he has one like it, hates it, and that the hose only hangs straight when hot water runs through it. Chose another option!

Poor design with the hand held shower
After five months of having the hand held shower fall off the head I have had it. One wrong move and it's off and bouncing off the tile floor. New tile shower put in and kids came home for a visit from out of state and couldn't wait to use the new shower. Warned them about the hand held shower head but I am tired of hearing it hit the floor. Wish I had known about the 58045 shore head as it stays in place not like this one. Can't afford to replace it with the 58045 so will live with it until I can get a different set up. Love the way it works, great shower except for the hand held shower head.

Love the In2ition shower
We bought this set in the brilliance stainless finish and had it installed. After using it for a few weeks, we've noticed water spots all over it that you cannot wipe off. We have soft water in our home and have wiped the faucet and the rest of the trim dry after use. I tried some windex spray and that didn't work. Is there some special polish you need to remove the water spots or is it a finish that is defective? We would appreciate any help you can give us regarding this. Thank you so much.

Nice Looking
Product looks great; but the hand held sprayer seems flimsy due to it just being plastic and doesn't have any weight to it. The handles are very sturdy and are really nice. One problem we have is that we aren't getting enough hot water; so will research how to remove the control valve. We had a plumber install so can't say anything about the installation process.

Stunning; great utility
I was looking for new bath and shower fixtures to replace decades-old fixtures. Especially important to me was the handheld shower in addition to the stationary mount; also, it had to be good looking and bold.
So, the installation was too much for me when it came to the faucet handle and changing out the valve. I've never plumbed before, and I didn't have the right tools to get into the tight areas. A professional was called in, who made quick work of replacing the valve. **Make sure you look into buying one if the small print says you have to**
As far as how it works and looks, we love it! The faucet is sizable and allows easy access for filling up buckets. The stationary mounted showerhead has easy-to-use settings, and so does the handheld shower. I think everyone should have a handheld shower if possible because it has many uses. This model has a nice handheld whose cord doesn't overpower you or overpower the looks of the tub and shower. The water flow at max flow is nice...our last showerhead ran too powerful, and we wasted a lot of water. The Dual Function handle is really cool and easy to use and a nice perk.
In summary, we love this package because of its striking looks and because it works great.

Nice fixture!
We used this handheld unit in my bath remodel and were very pleased with its looks. My one disappointment was with the tub spout, it seems not to be of as good quality as the trim and shower head unit.

Delta products disappointing
In my opinion, Delta is making some of their products so cheaply...this is one of them!!
The faucet is plastic....no weight to it..everything is cheap about it! The controls.... the cap comes off more times than not when changing water temperature...I'm thinking about returning the whole thing.....not worth the money!

Does the Ashlyn have volume control-compare seems wrong
Hi, I am redoing my existing shower, and want to replace the valve too and increase shower height....Couple of questions:
a. Where as when I compare this model with the Linden model, it says Linden has volume control but this does not. That seems wrong. When I look at the Ashlyn valve, it seems to have both volume and temperature handles, just like Linden. Can you please confirm if your compare feature is incorrect?
b. Other than buying the multichoice universal valve, do I need to buy anything else?
c. I love high pressure spray from my shower. Will the UNBXHF multichoice valve help in increasing pressure (vs without HF)?
d. Also, is there a model that has h2okinetic, in2ition technology AND volume control (so that I can set the temperature, and only move the volume lever)? Any other model you recommend for high pressure spray performance and in2ition technology?

Thank you for your questions!
a) This model does have a volume control, as will all 17 series models.
b) No additional parts will be needed to use your shower, other than the R10000 rough-in valve.
c) The high-flow (HF) rough-in valve will provide more water flow from the valve outlet if you are adding additional components, such as a hand shower or body spray. However, the flow rate of the included shower head will not be increased beyond 2.5 gpm with an HF valve.
d) At this time we do not have a complete trim kit that includes an In2ition shower head with H2Okinetic technology. However, you could purchase one separately to use with a Valve-only trim (along with the RP6023 and RP6025 shower arm and flange).

The water isn't hot enough when we turn the water on full. Is there a way to get the adjust to get more hot water?

Thank you for your question. There is a rotational limit stop (RLS) at the temperature control to adjust the hot water limit. To adjust the RLS, first remove the temperature cover and take a phillips head screw driver and turn the set screw counter clockwise to remove.
Remove the gray knob. Behind the knob, you should see a black disk. Take the disk and take it out and place the disk to the hotter side. The hot side should be up against the iron piece that is sticking down on the volume handle. Once adjusted, reinstall all handle parts.

I HAVE THE TEMP CONTROL UP THE WHOLE WAY AND IT WASN'T HOT ENOUGH. i THEN TURNED MY WATER HEATER UP AND IT IS HOTTER, BUT NOT AS HOT AS WE LIKE IT. WHAT CAN WE DO TO GET THIS HOTTER? OTHER FAUCETS ARE HOT AND I WON'T TURN THE WATER HEATER UP ANY MORE.

Is there a matching square shower drain in the rubbed bronze?
Thank you for your inquiry, Kmr2018! Delta only manufacture the Bath Waste RP693RB in the Venetian Bronze finish. This unit comes with a circular toe-operated stopper assembly. We don't have any squared shaped stoppers for the bath waste unit.

Control to change between hand and fixed head
Where is the control to adjust the functions of the shower head and switch between the hand and the fixed head?

Thank you for your question! The showerhead/handshower has a diverter lever. The lever is positioned on the side of the showerhead, you can set your In2ition Shower to one of three options: showerhead and handshower, showerhead only or handshower only.
