Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not waste your money Purchased this a year, due to delays in bathroom install we finally were able to install yesterday. Difficult to install, volume lever and temperature dial do not work independently of one another so water turns off when trying move dial back to cold water. The water pressure is very poor, pause button has minimal effect on water volume, and the paint began flecking off the shower arm during install.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mixed feelings The product I received had 2 defects, which was super frustrating during a critical phase of a bathroom install. The cartridge for the shower handle did not operate correctly. Delta sent me a replacement, but it took a week to arrive - so, timing was terrible. Secondly, the bathtub diverter did not seal fully, which keeps the full water pressure from going up to the shower. Fortunately, my plumber had a spare in his truck that worked ok. But that's not what I paid for. I've been so happy with Delta purchases in the past...the quality on this product was disappointing.

It looks nice, but the handshower falls off the other head every so often. If I could do it again, I would get a different showerhead but since its in a guest bathroom that I'm just using until my master bath is renovated, I'll just keep it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful shower with many flow settings I'm pleasantly surprised with this product. I was expecting the instillation to be difficult, but by following the directions it went much smoother than anticipated. As for the showerhead itself, theres many flow options to choose from, each seemingly more soothing than the last. I didnt know what I would think about the rain style feature but I think that may be my favorite setting now. All in all, this is a vast improvement from my last shower and I definitely recommend it! The build quality is phenomenal, water flow is amazing and theres no shortage of features! I love it!

It looks amazing , the settings on the shower head are great and So is the pressure , the instal was a little difficult , but anything is possible with the help of the internet!!. If you’re looking for a good replacement for your current shower setup this is a great option

The instructions are easy to follow for installing this set. The wide shower head is amazing for full body coverage. The hose so you can detach the shower head is a must for me. I am extremely pleased with this set!

The overhead shower with detaching wand is amazing! My old shower head was small and didn't really make showering exciting. This new shower head not only covers my whole body it looks 100% better with the polish! Easy to install and being able to detach the handle has been absolutely great also! Highly recommend upgrading for such a reasonable price!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful fixture. I absolutely love the brushed stainless steel that these fixtures are made of. They're attractive and elegant looking. I'm a big fan of the brand, and replaced a chrome version of the same style in my shower. As it was the same style, I had no difficulty installing. The shower mixer/handle is just stiff enough to make every little movement count. The shower head is really the star of this package, though. I appreciate the fact that you can use the spray head while the rest of the shower is still running. You can turn off the outer ring or the inner ring depending on what you like. The handle has a button to turn it off so you're not wasting water while soaping or whatever. I also appreciate the three levels of adjustment on the handheld. I would definitely recommend this brand and style to anyone (this is my second set, so...yeah). My old shower trim was still working well after being installed for a number of years, I just wanted an upgrade.

I can't use my hand held separate from the shower head. I can turn on the head and not the shower part. there is no button on the side

Are Delta tub and shower kits interchangeable

Hello Penny, Thank you for contacting us. I am happy to help you! Models manufactured in September 2006 or later will have a MultiChoice valve, which will allow you to change the series of trim. MultiChoice series numbers are 13, 14, 17, or 17T. Units made before this date can be upgraded, but only with a trim of the corresponding series. 1300/1400 Series trims can be replaced with 13/14 Series trim kits using the original RP19804 cartridge, and 1700 Series trims can be replaced with 17 Series trim kits using the RP32104 cartridge. MultiChoice model cartridges will have a gray top; prior models have a white top. are all the choices you have for tub and shower are just the shower head... and I need to find the faucet to go with it?  Or perhaps the picture that is what you get?  Shower head, tub faucet and hardware to turn shower head and faucet on?

I have this product installed (T17433-BL-I). How do I remove the escutcheon plate after removing the set screw? I tried rotating counter clockwise but doesn't appear to loosen.

Hi, can you explain the difference between the 14 series and the 17 series shower heads?

There are no differences in the types of showerheads between the Delta Faucet 14 and 17 series. The main difference is that with the 17 Series of valve trim kits there is independent temperature and volume control.
