I called Delta parts who indicated I would receive the part in six days and did not receive it. I guess I will need to return total trim kit and buy another?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lack of Volume Control settings working The volume is supposed to adjustable and has 2 hash marks before full on. The item only works full on. I had it installed by a master plumber so the settings are correct. I have contacted Delta and they are sending a new handle. Will see if that corrects the problem. The plumber will come back when I get the part.

The operation of the controls are smooth and satisfying. Running the wand and the shower head at the same time wraps you in water coverage and makes for a great shower experience. The shower head has multiple spray patterns accessed by pressing a button on the base of the shower head.

The temperature handle on the Saylor shower fixture is loose How is it tightened? Does the center button next to the red and blue dots come off? It does not appear so per the parts list pdf diagram. Please assist. Thanks

What is the GPM of this unit? What is the differance between this unit and the 58480?

I purchased this mainly because it looked like you could have the shower head and handheld spraying water at the same time. I cannot get it to do that. How is that setting achieved?

Our shower was built with a Series 1700 Monitor faucet (shower only) in 1997. Will a new T17235-SS-1 Shower faucet work with a replacement RP32104 Cartridge, or will it require a new valve?

Unfortunately, we don't have a complete breakdown of the materials used. The water volume handle is metal. The tub spout is a durable nonmetallic construction. Nonmetallic parts are used to ensure a long-lasting, high-quality product while maintaining safety control for the various temperatures of water that go through the product. With the hand shower, for example, the part that you would grab onto is made of plastic or a plastic mixture, as metal is heavier, susceptible to corrosion, and retains heat. My handle on my delta shower won’t come off, I believe it’s a T17435(two handles, one for the temperature and the other one for turning the water on)

Please also shut the water off if you are planning to remove more than the handle. 1. Please remove the temperature cap located under the pointer part of your handle with the 3/32" inch allen wrench. 2. Once this piece is removed, you will see a plastic piece held in by a philips screwdriver. Please remove this part and be very careful not to drop the screw or the Rotational Limit Stop (looks like a black cog). Please note how this piece is installed. We appreciate your inquiry. I have a shower built in 1998. It’s has the RP32104 cartridge. Can I use the cartridge that comes with this? Or a new RP32104 with an adapter kit? What are my options for a new trim kit without having to do anything inside the wall? Thank you!

Trying to get the handle off my delta shower, I don’t know the model #

Hi Dave, thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! If you are removing the parts from your shower, please turn the water off to either the home or the valve. Please refer to the instructions below on how to remove our 17 series handle. 1. Please remove the temperature cap located on the tip of your handle by placing your fingers on the 'pointer' of the temperature cap and peeling upwards. This will be a little difficult as it is clipped into the temperature knob. 2. Once this piece is removed, you will see a plastic piece held in by a philips screwdriver. Please remove this part and be very careful not to drop the screw or the Rotational Limit Stop (looks like a black cog). Please note this black cog piece goes in one way. We appreciate your inquiry. The temperature nozzle continues to come apart despite tightening it with the Allen wrench. It loosened and fallen apart five times. Could it be faulty? What do you suggest? It was installed in March 2025.
