We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We do not have a flow rate with the restrictor removed since we do not recommend removing it as it may void the warranty. This is a WaterSense labeled product and uses at least 20% less water than the industry standard—saving you money without compromising performance. With any showerhead or hand shower, for example, the part of the faucet that you would grab onto is typically made of plastic or a plastic mixture, as metal is heavier, susceptible to corrosion and retains heat. The mode selector on the hand shower provides the spray settings: Full Body Spray, Massage Spray, Full Body with Massage Spray, and Pause. The lever, on the right side of the shower head, would allow for shower head and hand shower individually and shared. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to the build-up of mineral deposits, and we recommend blotting the faucet dry with a microfiber cloth after use to prevent this from happening. However, water spots and fingerprints can be easily cleaned by wiping the finish with a damp cloth. If additional cleaning is needed, we recommend using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.
