We realize that can be very frustrating and I am happy to assist you! We thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. The most common cause of a low flow rate is debris. The best way to clear any debris is to flush the supply lines. To do this, turn off the water supplies, remove the cartridge, and turn the supplies back on for one minute. Please make sure that you are getting good flow through both the hot and cold sides while flushing. You can also shake the cartridge back and forth to make sure the back half of the cartridge rattles. This means that the pressure-balancing spool is moving freely, as it should. If the issue remains, soak the showerhead in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Please contact us directly via email as we would like to resolve this matter for you at this time. It is typically used with a round escutcheon, but could also work with this tub and shower trim. Change the setting by turning the face of the hand shower part of the showerhead. Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The maximum GPM of the 58498 In2ition shower head is 1.75 GPM at 60 PSI. The tub spout GPM ranges anywhere between 5 GPM and 12 GPM. The nubbins on the shower head are easy to clean, all you have to do is swipe your finger across the nubbins. If this does not help, you can remove the shower head and turn the water on to allow water to come out of just the shower arm. If this does not work, re-attach the shower head and turn off the water supplies. Remove the handle and the internal parts and flush the valve for about a minute. The flow restrictor in our shower heads and handshowers are non-removable. Any modifications will result in a void in the warranty available on the product. The nubbins can be cleaned by running your fingers over the nubbins, you can remove the hose from the hand shower and turn the water on to see if there is any debris lodged into the hose.
