With separate handles for volume and temperature control, this Delta tub/shower provides a more refined showering experience. Simply set the water at your preferred temperature and turn the shower on or off with the volume control handle - without interrupting your set temperature. Designed to look like new for life, Brilliance® finishes are developed using a proprietary process that creates a durable, long-lasting finish that is guaranteed not to corrode, tarnish or discolor. We loved the way it worked, and its appearance. The durability was also great. It looked as good as new when we sold the house. We are installing one in each shower in the house we're building.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So nice that I bought it for both bathrooms [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Turned out great and the waterfall shower looks and feels amazing when the water is on. I initially bought them for my dual shower master bathroom but I liked them so much that I bought it for my second bath. When purchasing this, don't forget to buy the shower valve (my rookie mistake)! Pros - Looks great and feels great. Control handles are smooth and easy to control. Cons - Mineral deposits will form and eventually clog up the holes in the shower head. You will occasionally have to clear them (preferably with your finger nails). Water stains will build up as well so try to wipe it after you shower. It's also little pricey vs other shower heads but it's well worth it.

How high from the floor does the the rain shower head connection belong? The plumber put it at 98" inches because I wanted it high up, but will the shower be fine like this?

What size is the set screw and allen wrench for the pressure volume knob? I can't for the life of me find it and all my random allen wrenches are either just too big or just too small.

Hot water is not coming out of shower head. Water comes out but it never gets hot temps at best

I have a Vero 17T shower assembly. It is 4 years old. The “Touch Clean” rubber is not working well. The water spray comes out in all directions, rather than a rain shower. I keep touching them with no success.

This page suggests a High-Flow valve: MultiChoice® Univ. High-Flow MODEL#: R10000-UNBXHF. However, I have already installed the  MultiChoice® Univ. MODEL#: R10000-UNBX. Will this shower head still work as well with my valve or should I be concerned?

Hi Julie! Thank you for your question! I'll will be happy to help. The R10000-UNBXHF high flow (shower only) valve provides a slightly higher flow rate than the regular R10000-UNBX valve. What is the best way to clean the valve cover, and shower head? What products doyou recommend?

Hi Maria, thank you for your interest in the T17T253-WE! Always blot dries any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean, soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward. If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All-Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner when used according to the manufacturer's instructions for use. Avoid using the following which can damage your finish: · Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy-duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner, Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner. Avoid bleach-based cleaners. · Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust, and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric, and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents. · Avoid harsh abrasives or polishes.
