Featuring clean lines with elegant design details, the Cassidy® Collection is an obvious choice for a timeless, traditionally styled bath. Delta® showers with TempAssure® thermostatic valves are engineered to make sure you don’t experience a sudden and possibly unsafe change in water temperature as a result of running water elsewhere, such as using a dishwasher, flushing a toilet or running a washing machine. With separate handles for volume and temperature control, this Delta shower provides a more refined showering experience. Simply set the water at your preferred temperature and turn the shower on or off with the volume control handle—without interrupting your set temperature. While other products may gather unsightly mineral buildup over time, soft, rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow any mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look—with no need for soaking or the aid of chemical cleaners. I chose the chrome finish since that looked the best with the quartzite and marble I picked out for the vanity & shower. I can't wait for the renovation to be completed.

Our shower has been working for about 1.5 years now. More and more it seems that a minute or a few minutes after turning the water off, more water leaks through the shower head; enough to get you wet again if you're standing underneath to dry off. Why?

Hello. What is the depth from the bottom of the shower head to the curve at the top? I see that the depth of the shower head is 4.25", but I am curious what the full depth is from bottom of shower head to the top. Thank you!

On the t17t297-rb how do I adjust the spray to come out of all of the little nozzles? Right now the water comes out of the outside ring of nozzles only.

I have this trim kit with the Touch-to-Clean shower head. What do you do if rubbing the plastic jets does not get them all to spray water? Is there another way to clean clogged jets?

Need part number for trim sleeve and temp knob w/ cover for Cassidy T17T-297-RB as the finish looks corroded with a white calcium/limestone crust that I can't scrape off.
