PRODUCT FEATURES
With separate handles for volume and temperature control, this Delta tub/shower provides a more refined showering experience. Simply set the water at your preferred temperature and turn the shower on or off with the volume control handle - without interrupting your set temperature. While other products may gather unsightly mineral build-up over time, Delta soft rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow any mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look – with no need for soaking or the aid of chemical cleaners. Delta® thermostatic valves use TempAssure® Technology to protect you and your family from sudden temperature changes. Chrome has rapidly become one of the most popular finishes across décor styles in the bath thanks to its stunning gloss and innate versatility. Paired with crisp lines and bright whites, it creates a bold, modern contrast, but it works equally well with vintage styles and traditional spaces to convey a hint of nostalgia.

I chose the chrome finish since that looked the best with the quartzite and marble I picked out for the vanity & shower. I can't wait for the renovation to be completed.

Which parts are plastic?

I have seen several complaints in reviews about this trim kit being plastic, and the above reply to a question regarding this issue said parts of it are metallic and parts are plastic. I would like details about which parts of the exterior, on the showerhead and on the faucet control, are plastic, please.

Could this shower head be tilted to be angled by adding an extra piece between arm and head?

I had this installed, but would like an angled head. I do not want to replace the arm.

Dear Bailie, Thank you for your question. The showerhead of the Delta Cassidy Shower T17T297 unit, does slightly tilt up, down, right and left. However, we can not guarantee the showerhead will attach to any other adapters or connectors, we do not make any. Best regards, Tanya

Rough in valve for handshower

if i want to add a handshower to work with this shower trim, which rough in valve is required? Also if i need to add a diverter, what valve and trim is required to work with this set up? Thanks.

I just had this shower head and valve installed in our master bathroom. I noticed that when we move the volume control handle the temperature knob moves with it. Is it supposed to move together? If not, do you know what might be wrong?

Thank you for your question, Mark63! The Temperature knob is held on to the Volume control handle with a Phillips head screw. How do you attach the hand held shower head to the model?

What is the measurment from the top of the arch of the shower arm to the bottom of the shower head?
