Do you sell a finishing piece that covers the black seals that is showing?

What are the materials of each visible part? Metal or non-metal/plastic?

Thank you for your question TD! Delta Faucet Company takes extreme pride in the quality of its products, and strives daily to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. We typically use either a metal and plastic combination or a proprietary mixture of components so that the product has a high quality, while maintaining safety control with the various temperatures of water that go through the product. T27859-SS is primarily a metal trim except for the valve seal which is a high grade rubber. Best regards, Edward

Are there cross shaped handles that fit this instead of the levers?

What is the difference between T24897-SS and T27897-SS?

Do you have a piping diagram that shows where the outlets are to be plumbed to for the T24897 3-way diverter shower valve? Such as  hand-held, shower head, tub spout, etc...

Does this diverter work with a tub filler? What tub filler matches

Can this be used with a standard wall mount shower head and divert to a rain head

Just installed after master bath remodel. The home has no pressure problem. This unit, NO PRESSURE unless its turned all the way on hot. So much money, I literally cried. Don't know what to do. Could use any suggestions.
