Delta Roman Tub Faucet in Chrome
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were upgrading all of the plumbing fixtures in our house from gold to chrome. This faucet was identical to what was originally installed and didn't require replacing the roman tub as well. Works perfectly and looks great.

Hi Stev O, Thank you for your question. Although we sell roman tub faucets, we do not sell soaking/whirlpool tubs. We entered the bathing business in October 2014 and this style of tub is not currently offered as part of our product mix. The tub is most likely from another manufacturer.

can i replace with new Windemere trim kit
So i have this old style 13 year old home and would like to update to satin nickel or stainless steel look from windemere. Will this work without having to replace all the plumbing can i just use the new trim.
Hi SD, Thank you for your question. As a rule of thumb if the set screw is located on the back of the existing roman tub spout the new trims will work with your existing rough in valves. To verify please remove your existing tub spout and see if your rough in spout connection is the same as the attached picture of the current R2707.

Can I add a diverter for a hand-held shower ?
I have this faucet in my tub - can I replace the spout with one that contains a diverter to which I can connect a wall-mounted hand-held shower?
If so, what model would you recommend?
Thank you for your question. You can choose any of the 3 hole roman tub series with the diverter on the tub spout to adapt to your roman tub. We have several styles available but they will all come with a handheld shower so you may end up with two handheld showers if you have already purchased your wall mounted handshower. You will also need to purchase Delta Faucet model # RP40615 to add the diverter assembly to your existing rough in valve.

Need a handheld shower converter for the this faucet
This faucet is already installed. I can not modify existing installation, so I need to replace the aerator to add a hand held shower. does anyone make an adapter that screws into spout?
If not what are thread dimensions and diameter of aerator.
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T2710 does not have an adapter that can be added to the spout to attach a handheld shower. The thread dimensions are M28 X 1-6g. The inside diameter is .976 with an outside diameter of 1.012 inches.

I have an older classic trim kit and want to update it. The spout came off easily, but I am having trouble taking the crystal ball (chrome circular bases off)? After I pulled the crystal balls off, what do I do next. Plz explain step by step.

Thank you for your question. Once you have removed the handle from your roman tub T2710 faucet, you would simply unscrew the escutcheon bases counterclockwise to remove them.

What replacement cartridge do I need for a t2710 classic Roman tub?
Thank you for your question, Joey! The Stem unit assemblies used in the R2707 rough-in valve for this model is part number RP24096. We also recommend replacing the RP4993 seats and springs.

I need just the slip on spout for T2710 as my has corroded around the base. Where can I buy just the spout?

How do I fix leak from aerator?
What parts are reqired to fix leaky faucet?
Hi Tony, Thank you for your question. Your model T2710 roman tub faucet uses our RP24096 stem assembly and RP4993 seats and springs to control the water flow. Usually replacing the seats and springs will stop a spout leak but you may need to replace the stem assembly as well. I have attached a link to the parts diagram for the faucet valve to help with your repair.
