This faucet is gorgeous. It looks so elegant, so expensive...and I love the way the water comes out. It also installed very easily.

I have it in ORB, it is gorgeous with our granite. This is the second house we have done with Delta Plumbing fixtures. I think the square base is very distinctive. I also have the hand held feature which I love for a nice rinse before stepping from the tub.

Can this roman tub fixture be used to replace an existing Delta roman tub faucet and handels

Hi Ken, Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T2753 can be used to replace an existing Delta Faucet roman tub trim as long as there is not an anti-swivel pin in the old model. You will be able to see this pin when you take off the spout. If you do have this pin, then the only one you can replace your trim with without replacing the rough-in too is the T2710. Thanks. Jody

Replacing tub faucet set

I currenty have what I believe is a T2710 roman tub faucet set. I want to replace it with a T2753 for cosmetic reasons. I do not have easy access to the underside of the tub. Can i replace the faucet and handles with only top access? Any special information or tools required? Finally, how do I confirm that I currently have a T2710 and that the T2753 is an easy replacement? Thanks for your help. Tim

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model T2710 includes an anti-seize pin in the base of the spout and the spout is much wider than the base of the T2753. Therefore, we do not recommend to replace one with the other.

how do you remove and replace the cartridge

Hello Neil, Thank you for your question. Here are the directions for replacing the stem and seats/springs of your Delta Vero Roman Tub Trim T2753 model. Unscrew the bonnet nut. You will then be able to pull the stem unit assembly out of the valve body. The seat and spring will also just lift out of the valve body. You may also need to flush out the valve body. Place a pitcher or bucket upside down over the open valve and turn the water back on full strength for 5 to 10 seconds. Do this on both the hot and cold sides. After the allotted time, turn the water off. The wide part of the new spring goes down into the hole first. The larger opened side of the new seat then fits down over the narrow part of the spring and also goes down into the hole. Reinstall the stem units, bonnet nuts and handles in the reverse order. Can you tell me the length of the handle from the center of the valve? It is not in the specs like it is for Ara and Arzo.

Hello, I purchased the Ara roman tub faucet but the handles are too long and hit the wall. It looks like these might be a little shorter and may fit. Can you tell me how long they are or if there are any other handles that look OK with the ara spout that are shorter? I asked this question under the Ara product but never received a response.

Hi Melissa, Thank you for your question. The length of the handle on the model T2753 from the center of the valve to the end of the handle is 3-1/8". The Ara wide spread lavatory faucet handles will work on the roman tub trim but will be smaller and not to scale. You could also choose a knob style handle that would have a smaller diameter. Vero Roman Tub Trim cosmetic replacement for existing faucet

I have an older model faucet installed in 1999. I don't see any model numbers on it. How can I determine if the Vero trim kit will work with the existing rough in?

Hi bearcat4, Thank you for your question! The T2753-SS trim kit will work with your existing valve. Current trim kits should work with any unit that has a set screw on the back of the spout assembly. Best regards, Jon
