Wall mounted faucet

The handle keeps dropping off
It's great - other than the handle keeps falling off. After you put it back on give it a few uses and then it falls off in someones hand again. And its not something you want to permanently fit on there with glue or something just incase

May look good, but it is cheap and doesn't work well
With the water regulator, the water trickles and the flow splits. Without the regulator it's noisy and the water splits. New filters don't help, water flow splits. New spout doesn't help, water flow splits. Buy at your own risk. Spend more and get a better quality faucet or you'll end up having to remove it all and start over... in my case tiler and plumber fees.

Handles keep coming off
I ordered two of these faucets in the Champagne gold, but every time you turn it on it loosens the handle part and they both pop off ever 10 or so uses (Basically they come off once a week). I then have to put it back on and tighten the screw with an Allan wrench. I tighten it as hard as o possibly can. I can’t help but feel like I must be doing something wrong with how often they pop off, otherwise it’s just a huge design flaw. Help please!

Poorly made faucet
We ordered two of these faucets and after only a few months, both faucets broke in the same place. (We only live part time in the home) The casting inside the handle is very cheaply made and completely broke.

Q&A
Is it possible to get a spout with 9, 11, or 13" depth instead of the 7" depth that comes with this? Even if I have to purchase it separately? This is for a bar sink. I absolutely love the look of this handle. We need wall mount. Thanks!

We have the wheel variant. Is there a way to lock the temperature selection option (rotation) and only allow for water flow to be turned on and off. Our customers are having trouble operating the faucet. They turn the knob but water does not flow.

Does this faucet come with a shorter projection?

I have the Trinsic T3559LF and want to find out if there is a larger wall trim ring available for the unit. I have it in black and after putting up the second half of the time to fit around the lever portion I found that the hole was slightly too large

MODEL#: T3558LF-WL - Hi I see other questions regarding hot and cold. You have my plumber stumped. Is it correct that when you turn the dial clockwise the water gets hot and when you turn the dial counter clockwise it gets cold?????

The rotating faucet handle has a red dot on the left and a blue dot on the right, however when we turn it to the right it gets hot and to the left it gets cold. Was this faucet plumbed correct or do we need to ask the plumber to swap the lines?

I need a shorter depth reach, is the distance from wall to where the spigot empties into the sink adjustable down to about 3 1/2 to 4 inches?
