Sleek baby
I received this product complimentary from Influenster for my honest opinion. This is so sleek, matted black. I didn’t think I would like a black faucet. So use to the silver and gold but this is beautiful. I will be renovating my bathroom and right now pending for my plumber to install after this lovely snowfall that has allowed me to sleep in. It comes with everything and looking at the instructions, very helpful and simple to install.

AVOID WALL MOUNTED FAUCET
AVOID this poorly designed product. The handle is constantly coming off due to set-screw always coming loose and the two points that are used to hold the handle on that the set-screw is supposed to screw down break off.

Broken Handle

The handle keeps dropping off
It's great - other than the handle keeps falling off. After you put it back on give it a few uses and then it falls off in someones hand again. And its not something you want to permanently fit on there with glue or something just incase

May look good, but it is cheap and doesn't work well
With the water regulator, the water trickles and the flow splits. Without the regulator it's noisy and the water splits. New filters don't help, water flow splits. New spout doesn't help, water flow splits. Buy at your own risk. Spend more and get a better quality faucet or you'll end up having to remove it all and start over... in my case tiler and plumber fees.

Handle breaks
We have this in our bathroom but the handle broke off. Reading information about replacement handle it seems that only the poor quality original part is available as a replacement and others have had multiple replacement parts break.

Handles Constantly Come Off
When ever you turn the faucet on and move between hot/cold the handle loosens and comes off. Have to tighten the allen screw about once a week on all three of my faucets.

Handles keep coming off
I ordered two of these faucets in the Champagne gold, but every time you turn it on it loosens the handle part and they both pop off ever 10 or so uses (Basically they come off once a week). I then have to put it back on and tighten the screw with an Allan wrench. I tighten it as hard as o possibly can. I can’t help but feel like I must be doing something wrong with how often they pop off, otherwise it’s just a huge design flaw. Help please!

Poorly made faucet
We ordered two of these faucets and after only a few months, both faucets broke in the same place. (We only live part time in the home) The casting inside the handle is very cheaply made and completely broke.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.
I'm on my fourth faucet handle as the other three have all fallen off and broken. Such a poor design. I have been in touch with customer service to find a solution and although Delta has been responsive, there doesn't seem to be anything they can do.

Bad design of handle
When turned off, it takes a while before the water quits running. Guests push harder on the handle to stop the flow. Due to the design, the handle breaks off in the interior with modest pressure. I have had to replace the handle twice.

Wall-mounted Delta Trinsic faucets waste water...
Our wall-mounted Delta Trinsic faucets have so much water in their lines, that when one turns them off, they continue to drain for seconds... wasting gallons every month. My other brads of wall-mounted faucets do not. This faucet also came with such terrible install instructions (the diagrams were incorrect)-- it was so confusing-- we have to have the regional rep come to our site in order to get these installed properly. Otherwise, looks good.

Design Flaw-do not buy
I am currently on my third faucet handle in 8 months. (thank god for the lifetime warranty!) It looks like I'll be perpetually replacing this. The connection will break with the slightest amount of pressure. The connecting piece seems to be a composite of some sort and not real metal.

We purchased three of these. Designed in a way that the handle falls off very easily. No solution to repair from Delta and no option to do something else because of the rough in. Do not purchase!

Looks Nice, Functions Terribly
Bought this faucet for a brand new powder room several months ago and I'm back here now to look up warranty info. Our contractor installed it, and at first, it looked beautiful. However, it was quite noticeable when attempting to wash hands how close to the wall the spout was. I suppose we took it for granted that it would be far enough out due to prior experiences with mounted bathroom faucets. With this one, it's virtually impossible to wash your hands without splashing water all over the wall and back of the sink. As others have noted, this faucet is inordinately loud as well and doesn't immediately shut off the flow of water when it's turned off. I thought our contractor did something wrong, but reading other reviews, I see it is actually how the faucet functions. All these things are annoying, but I learned to live with them. What is absolutely inexcusable is that the handle keeps coming off. No matter how tight you get the little nut inside of it, it will come off again. Eventually, the pieces of the handle broke completely inside of it and now there's nothing for the nut to hold on to. The handle won't stay on at all, so now if someone wants to use it, they have to push the little nub up. For such a pricey faucet, you would expect the design to be spot on, but you would be completely wrong. Avoid this one at all costs.

Pretty but .....
Just installed by plumber but we had to place the handle about 6” to the left of the spout due to a pocket door behind that wall. Is there a reason why after turning the handle off, it continues to flow water for about 5 seconds?

Falls off the wall!
I have had the faucet handle installed 3 times because it continues to fall directly off the wall. It will not stay on the wall. Extremely irritating and disappointing considering the fact that the install requires only delta faucets so I have zero options to fix.

Excellent Customer Service
I had these faucets when I moved to a bran new apartment. Unfortunately the handle broke about a year later. I called Delta and they graciously sent me a new handle. I love the sleek, modern design and look of it. I think functionally it's not the best handle as it has limited range of motion and it's difficult to move from cold to warm, but it looks great and the customer service was superb.

Great look and feel for a great price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We paired this wall mount facet with a custom concrete top with a built-in sink. It's a perfect low-profile design and the matte black is exactly as it looks in the product photos. We have this in the main bathroom in a house we rent out as a full time airbnb.Our plumber installed with no issues about 5 months ago. It functions well. No problem thus far with heavy use. I would definitely purchase this again.

Looks great but issues with quality and function
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks great in our all white and black bathroom. However, the quality is just OK. The handle comes loose all the time even after screwing and re-screwing it in. Also, as other reviewers have said, the water will continue to run for a couple seconds after you shut off the faucet. I've gotten used to it but it really shouldn't be that way and every houseguest comments on it.

This was just what I was looking for to complete our basement guest bathroom - wall mounted, matte black, single lever, and stylish. We had a professional plumber install it and have yet to have any issues. We've only had it installed about 2 months and it has only been used a handful of times so far.

Hello! Can you adjust both water flow and temperature with the handle? If so, how? Does the handle only rotate clockwise/counter clockwise or does it also lift forward/up? Thank you!

Could you please advise on how high above a vessel sink rim should the TRINSIC® Single Handle Wall Mount Bathroom Faucet Trim be installed? I'm looking for approximate range (for reference my vessel sink is 5" tall). Thank you.

The clearance below the spout and the length of the spout from the center of the mounting hole are the only limiting factors regarding whether the faucet will work with your sink bowl. We do not specify a height for the faucet as it is up to the consumer, however, we suggest finding a comfortable position to wash your hands, then install the faucet so that the end of the spout is a few inches above that.

I'm wondering what we need buy in addition to this product to install it ourselves? We live in Norway, but have friends coming from the US that'll take it with them. It would be frustrating to not have all the parts unique to this faucet.

Is there an option for a longer reach on the spigot? Either by the way it is installed, or by purchasing a separate spigot? My contractor installed the sinks too far from the edge of the spout.

Is there a rubbed bronze handle extension for this model, the builder has put a thicker wall on than what we roughed it in for? It need to be extended about 3/4” he put 3/4 wood on the wall that we did not allow for.

Can this be used with a farmhouse sink used in a bathroom application?
