Do you make a tub filler in this style with a higher flow rate for filling deep soaking tubs? We have all matching sink faucets and this one was recommended by supplier as our tub filler. Will not work as a tub filler!!

Asked by: Rick
Hello Rick, Thank you for your question. The Delta Pivotal T5799-BLWL is the only Wall Mounted tub filler, we make for garden/whirlpool/roman tubs. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/T5799-BLWL Best regards, Tanya

The plumber put one of the handles on a bit crooked. I'm trying to figure out how to get the handle off to straighten it. I looked on the diagram and it appears a 3mm Allen wrench is needed, but this does not fit. Help.

Asked by: Noelle
Thank you for your question, Noelle! The first step is to shut the water off to this unit or room, then remove the button that covers the set screws. The screws will then need to be removed with a 3/32" (2.38mm) allen wrench. Next pull off the handles, removing the screws, stem extenders, flange nut, flange and gaskets as well as the mounting sleeves. Unscrew the cartridge by turning it counterclockwise using a 19 mm hex socket wrench. Adjust the cartridge as needed then reverse these steps to install the cartridge, gaskets, flange and handles. If you need further assistance adjusting these handles, please contact our customer service team directly at 1-800-345-3358 Monday-Friday: 8a.m.-8p.m. EST and Saturday: 9a.m.-6p.m. EST or via email at customerservice@deltafaucet.com. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/86642%20Rev%20A.pdf https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/86651%20Rev%20A.pdf Best regards, Edward

Flow Rate Restirction

Please advice if we can remove the flow restrictor, Part RP63354, and what flow rate to expect at 60 psi input pressure. I am a mechanical engineer I can do this on my own but like to get you input before I buy this faucet. I asked a similar question a couple of days ago but got no response yet. Thanks,
Asked by: Joseph
Thank you for your question, Joseph. This faucet is designed for a flow rate of 1.2 GPM at 60 PSI. We do not recommend removing the flow restrictor and have not tested the flow rate with it removed. Best regards, Jon

Is there an extension kit available

Asked by: John
Dear John, Thank you for your question. Delta does not make an extension kit for the Ara Wall Mount lavatory faucet T3567LF-SSWL model. The faucet accomodates wall thicknesses from 1/8" to 1 1/8". https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-L-T3567LF-WL%20Rev%20C.pdf Best regards, Tanya

what is the minimum distance from the wall to the back edge of the sink for this faucet?

Asked by: Mike
Hi Mike, Thank you for your question. We recommend that the water flow directly onto the drain. However, we do not require a specific distance between the wall and sink bowl as the faucet should be installed above the rim of the bowl. Best regards, Jon

I have this faucet for my bath tub. The opening for the water is narrow and takes forever to fill the tub. Is this faucet meant for a sink?

Asked by: Kris
Hi Kris, Thank you for your question! Yes, the Ara T3567LF-WF is a wide spread lavatory sink faucet. The unit was not manufacture for roman tubs. Best regards, Brandis
