I have this faucet for my bath tub. The opening for the water is narrow and takes forever to fill the tub. Is this faucet meant for a sink?

Typically, How high from the countertop should the faucet be installed?

While we do not specify a height for the faucet, we recommend installing it so that you have 2" - 3" of clearance above a comfortable position for washing your hands or any containers you may need to fill. Since there are various factors such as sink depth, vessel sink height, personal preference, etc., we leave it up to the installer to decide. Best regards, Jon

Is the rough in kit the same as a valve? If not what valve is required?

We have a T3567LF-WL in Black. The standard spout barely reached the sink basin. Is a longer spout available for this unit?

Thank you for your question, Gerald! This model has a 7 5/8" spout length. Unfortunately, we do not have a longer version of the spout for this collection. However, the models below have longer spouts: T3576LF-WL - 8-11/16" T3574LF-WL - 8-1/2" T3551LF-WL - 8-5/16" The spout, flange, and adapter can be purchased individually or you can replace the complete faucet as each uses the same rough-in valve. Can the tub spout model RP75435 be used with this fixture to replace the spout that comes with it for better flow?

Hi Jamie, Thank you for your question. The Delta Pull-Diverter Tub spout RP75435 does not have the proper connections to attach to the in wall mounted rough-in Lavatory valve. Best regards, Tanya

The plumber put one of the handles on a bit crooked. I'm trying to figure out how to get the handle off to straighten it. I looked on the diagram and it appears a 3mm Allen wrench is needed, but this does not fit. Help.

Thank you for your question, Noelle! The first step is to shut the water off to this unit or room, then remove the button that covers the set screws. The screws will then need to be removed with a 3/32" (2.38mm) allen wrench. Next pull off the handles, removing the screws, stem extenders, flange nut, flange and gaskets as well as the mounting sleeves. Unscrew the cartridge by turning it counterclockwise using a 19 mm hex socket wrench. Adjust the cartridge as needed then reverse these steps to install the cartridge, gaskets, flange and handles. Do we need an access panel for the valve that is behind the walls? can't the valve be installed below the sink/ countertop?

Hello Joana, Thank you for your question. The Delta Ara Wall Mount Lavatory T3567LF-WL faucet will need a valve to install behind the wall only to complete this faucet.
