Unique design that functions as good as it looks!
We recently did a refresh on our bathroom and we used these faucets. They were exactly what we wanted and anybody that sees them, comments on how much they like them. They work as they are supposed to.

Similar to others, just installed this and when the handle is at the top it's off, a slight turn to the right is cold and a full quarter turn to the right is hot. Doesn't turn to left. How do we make it work as described, left cold right hot middle off?

Answers to how this faucet is controlled are still unclear to me. What is the difference between turning the "knob" part way to the left and all the way to the left? Same question for turning to the right part way and all the way. Thx.

The handle will turn to the left for hot and the more it turns the higher the temperature will rise until in the full on position. The same for turning it to the cold side. The flow rate can not be adjusted.

What rough in valve do I need for the T3589LF-PR-WL wall Mount faucet? Is it R3520-WL? If so, I can’t seem to find it in stock anywhere. Please give me the name of online dealers that have it in stock. Is there another valve that will work instead?

Can this be used for a free standing tub as a wall mount?

No, this faucet would not be recommended for use as a free standing tub as the flow rate is only 1.2gpm and would take an unreasonable amount of time to fill a tub.

Does it come with the drain and the stopper? If not, which one is right for it?

A drain and stopper are not included. I recommend a push pop-up drain assembly. RP101630PC for a sink with overflow and RP101632PC for a sink without overflow.
