Would not purchase again
We purchased this tub faucet, two sink faucets, and two shower heads. This tub faucet must have a restrictor in it because the flow is terrible. It would literally take over an hour and a half to fill my bath tub. We did not have an issue with our old faucet, so I know it’s not the water pressure. Make sure you do your research before purchasing. Not happy with this faucet at all!

Delta's champagne bronze is beautiful. It was easy to install once we had the plumber reroute the waterlines, then the stone slab was installed on the counter and wall and lastly the faucet and levers. I feared the thickness of the quartzite slab would hinder attaching the faucet and levers, but it was no problem.

The tile guy cut the holes too large coming out of the wall. Are there any trim pieces that cover a larger surface?

Can the cross handles on the Cassidy wide spread (H295RB) be installed on the wall mount trim kit?
I'd like to install the Cassidy Two Handle Wall Mount Lavatory Faucet Trim, but would like to use the cross handles from the deck mounted wide-spread Cassidy.

Can this be used as a wall mount tub faucet?
I like the sleek design and long spout and was wondering if it had the capability to fill a tub? Or is the spout too narrow/not able to handle the flow needed for a tub?

While you technically could use this lavatory faucet in a tub application, the flow rate is only 1.2 gallons per minute, which would take quite a long time to fill a tub.

I just installed a Cassidy wall mount faucet, and the spout is way too long. Can I buy a shorter spout that will fit into the existing base?

Thank you for your question. The spout is 8 3/4" to the center of the aerator. Most of our two-handle wall mount lavatory faucets are similar in length. However, the Compel model T3561LF-WL has a 5 5/8" spout.

What sinks do you recommend with an under mount installation that has a center drain that will fall directly below the water flow? I purchased the Kohler memoirs sink but the drain is set back and the faucet spout passes over the drain.

The aerator can be unscrewed counterclockwise with the included aerator wrench, part number RP52217. We recommend soaking in a solution of 50/50 white vinegar and water to remove mineral deposits, then rinsing.

I have this model installed in my bathroom, but I'm finding the spout sticks out too far, making it hard to use the bowl underneath. Do you have a model with a shorter spout that I can replace this with? It needs to fit on the existing cartridge.

Hello, Can one use this faucet and the cassidy tub filler without a rough in valve?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model T3597LF-PNWL.
This is a trim kit only and would need to be installed with an R3500-WL rough-in.
A Cassidy deck-mounted tub filler trim would also need a rough-in. Model T2797-PNLHP for example would need an R2707 rough-in.

Is there a way to increase the flow rate (GPM) on this sink faucet, so it could be used for a tub? (Ex- Change aerator, use different valve than the one recommended for sink use, change out cartridge, etc..). What part of this model restricts the flow?

The flow rate is far too low for this model to be used as a tub filler. The design of the rough-in valve and inner channel of the spout are what determines the flow. Unfortunately there is no way to increase the flow rate.
