There are two options for handles, and every package should be sent with one or the other handle style. Are there other base plates for the Cassidy Tub filler Polished nickle version. Searching for a cover plate that fits around the post and lays on the floor which is oval or rectangualr shape to cover a larger gap space on floor.

Is there a brace to make it more stable that would tie it to the wall. It is a little wobbley.

Are both the hand shower and the tub filling spout limited to 2.0 gallons per minute? Most tub fillers are 6gpm or above. 2gpm -long time to fill

The floor mount tub filler flows at a rate of 6-9 gallons per minute with the pressure balanced cartridge and 10-12 GPM using the high flow cartridge depending on your household water pressure. Is there an extender available so that the hand spout could hover over the tub?  With the hard pressure coming from the tub filler I would like to have the hand spout rest over the tub but right now it is too short so you have to take it off the mount

How can I adjust or takeoff the temperature control valve on the T4797 -RBFL - LHP tub faucet?

Hi, Jenn! Thank you for your question. The Delta T4797-RBFL-LHP--H798RB--R4700-FL rotational limit stop can be adjusted so that your water can become hotter. You will want to remove the set screw from the handle with a 1/8" allen wrench. Once the handle is removed you will be able to see the rotational limit stop on the front of the cartridge. To adjust the rotational limit stop. 1. Pull out the inner, off-white circle. It maybe quite stiff. 2. When pulled out far enough, the circle will turn. Left (counterclockwise=hotter, right (clockwise)=colder. 3.Release the circle once it's at the desired temperature. 4. Test the temperature, adjust the rotational limit stop as needed. When diverting water to the hand shower, water leaks at the diverter finial, running down the post and onto the floor. The problem seems to be getting worse over time. How do I address this?

Plumber install floor mount tub filler. It seems that there is no stop for the filler which is at 360° swivel?? This would mean that someone could inadvertently turn the faucet on while the filler was not aimed over the tub. This is a serious design flaw.

Recently installed a delta Cassidy free standing tub filler during our mbr remodel.  Surprised to learn that there is no way to lock the swivel in place to prevent accidental water on the floor instead of in the tub. Anyone with a remedy?

After filling the tub & turning off the water, it often continues to drip. the only way to stop it is to rapidly turn the valve full on then close it hard and rapidly. Is there something that can be adjusted to help this situation. just 3 months old.

I have the Cassidy tub filler, and the hand shower drips whenever the water is running.  It continues to drip as long as the water is on, and drips faster as I turn up the water pressure. Is there a fix for this?

My tub faucet is dripping?  When the water is off, it will drip from the main spout. If I hold the diverter, it will drip from the handheld so it must be where the main mechanism is. Is there a way to fix this?

A drip is typically caused by damage or wear to the rubber seats. Also check the condition of the RP14414 o-rings on the legs of the cartridge.
