Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible design and customer service. These are overpriced and do not come clean. Tried to call Delta for replacements and they told me to clean with the same stuff I’ve been cleaning with. We built our home one year ago excited about the faucets and they stain and do not come clean with any cleaning product on the market. Save your money and go with a base model of a different line of Delta products.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad design What a bad design. Flow and aerator are horrible. Aerator impossible to pull and replace. 38 year commercial plumber and I'm stuck with it. Entire bath is Ara Collection and I have this expensive no flow crap. Looking to purchase open spout design, but these faucets are expensive.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Splashing Same issue as everyone with the splashing. No way to avoid it. Water flow, lower hands in bowl for washing, nothing helps. Builder installed for looks, the functionality is well below normal expectations for use.

I don't see a reason for that loop to be there to begin with, I also don't see how would you keep that from happening if they didn't designed it with at least a 90 degree quick connect.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I wish it worked as good as it looks. We recently purchased a new home with these installed in the master bathroom. They really stand out and look great by the vessel sinks. Unfortunately, they're not very functional. They splash water everywhere on the mirror and back splash, even if it's just running in the sink without washing your hands, etc. We had to swap them for a cheaper faucet that doesn't look as nice, but works much better due to an aerator which can also be angled more towards the middle of the sink. If these faucets were a little shorter and reached further in the sink they might have been okay. If they also included an aerator they would have been perfect.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Water splashes everywhere! We completely renovated our home and bought Delta fixtures because of Delta's tradition of quality and replacement parts. The faucet is beautiful, but water splashes everywhere when used. We have to wipe down the backsplash and counter after every use. Even for simple uses like washing hands. I don't believe our faucet included a flow restrictor. However, the water splashes when turning the water past approximately 1/2 on. I feel like I'm missing something, Delta products have always been dependable for my homes and rentals.

Our customer has low water flow on their #767LF-BL faucet. They possibly misplaced the wrench (or part) to remove the aerator. (Perhaps the faucet did not come with the wrench). What part number is the wrench so we can get one ordered. Thanks!

What is the minimum height that the medicine cabinet can be installed behind the Delta 767LF-BL to allow for the cabinet to be opened?

Am I able to reduce the height of this faucet by removing the base? You see how there is a line that goes all the way around the faucet and looks like the two parts could be separated? Is there a way for me to remove that base piece to make it shorter?
